Overall, it's a nice property to stay and is just 2 mins walk away from the Walking Street. The reason why I am giving 1 star for Service is because Hotel asked me to pay 4000 Baht as deposit despite paying the room rent as well in advance though they returned it upon checking out. Wish such info is made official on Trip.com or should be informed in advance to the customer instead of giving a last minute surprise. Many travellers come with funds to only cater for outside spending and this is a big amount which can affect your cash spending in the last minute.

The hotel is new, or newly renovated. Clean, well located those singles traveller (ride beside walking street). But no lift in the building, have to carry luggage to 4th floor. And deposit is very high, 4000THB in cash only.

Excellent stay as usual. Friendly staff and clean facilities. My only pet peeve is the AC can be a bit too cold blowing directly on you. And I never got the Wifi to work. I missed my class as a result. They did provide me with a fan but with the sweltering heat the AC was king. It just needs to oscillate instead of blowing directly on you. Proximity to the action is key. I will probably stay there again.

The location is strategic for those like to explore the red light district of pattaya as it is located in the walking street. The room is very clean and comfy as well.

W14 Hotel in Street walk Soi 14, Pattaya City, Chonburi Province, good location, convenient for people to walk Street walk or go to Bali Hai Pier. The hotel has 4 floors, no elevator. The rooftop has a swimming pool. Not many people know So it became a rather private zone. When checking-in, there is a deposit of 4,000 baht. Personally, the deposit is too high for a hotel of this level. If there is no deposit, an ID card will be placed instead. The room is spacious, clean and has all the amenities, including a fan and a refrigerator larger than a normal minibar. The bathroom has stains on the mirror. Otherwise it would be much better. There is a small bottle of soap and shampoo provided. With a small brush and toothpaste Overall, the room, location, and price are considered ok, but the staff work slowly but provide good service and rarely answer the phone.

The room is clean and the environment is good. But there is no elevator. It is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

We booked for 4 nights and liked the hotel. Small, cozy. The room was cleaned well. Everything you need is in the room, kettle, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom accessories. There is a pier nearby from which you can get to the island of Lahn. The Festival shopping center is located nearby. A huge number of cafes, bars, etc. I recommend for accommodation.

The room is very clean, the boss is very nice, the hotel is right on the pedestrian street, quiet in the bustling city, bars, the beach, 711 are all just a few steps away, no matter how late you play, you can always go back to the hotel. Convenient transportation, highly recommended. Sorry for not taking photos for only one night.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. It was Ctrip’s customer service who helped me find someone. Thanks to Ctrip’s customer service! The air conditioning needs fan assistance, otherwise it will be very hot. The other facilities are okay, but there is no elevator! No elevator!

Excellent location for lovers of nightlife on walking street. Very close to the boarding point for KohLarn Island.
