Guests praise the friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms, and convenient beach proximity. The well-equipped facility and comfortable beds are highlighted. However, some guests mention the noise from the pool area.

Extremely Disappointing – Stay Away This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of cleanliness is appalling — rooms are not cleaned properly, and instead of addressing guest concerns, the staff look for any excuse to shift blame. It’s clear that guest comfort is not a priority. The staff member Achi was particularly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude alone is enough to ruin a guest’s stay. In contrast, Qum and Beer were the only ones who showed any level of professionalism or kindness — they should not have to compensate for the poor performance of the rest of the team. The breakfast was shockingly bad — limited, low-quality, and clearly not suitable for Arab travelers or anyone expecting basic standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. It does not meet even the most basic expectations for hospitality or hygiene. تجربة مخيبة للغاية – لا أنصح بالإقامة إطلاقًا كانت هذه من أسوأ تجارب الفنادق التي مررت بها على الإطلاق. مستوى النظافة مزرٍ جدًا — الغرف لا تُنظف بشكل جيد، وبدلًا من التعامل مع ملاحظات النزلاء بجدية، يحاول الموظفون تحميل الضيف المسؤولية وكأنهم يبحثون عن الزلّة لأي سبب. من الواضح أن راحة النزيل ليست من أولويات هذا المكان. الموظفة Achi كانت فظة للغاية، سيئة التعامل، وغير مهنية إطلاقًا. أسلوبها كافٍ لوحده لتدمير أي تجربة إقامة. وعلى العكس تمامًا، كانت الموظفتان Qum وBeer الوحيدتان اللتان تعاملتا بلطف واحترافية – وهما النقطة المضيئة الوحيدة خلال إقامتي. أما الإفطار فكان سيئًا جدًا – محدود، رديء الجودة، ولا يناسب أبدًا الذوق العربي أو حتى الحد الأدنى من المعايير المقبولة. أنصح بشدة بعدم الإقامة في هذا الفندق. لا يرقى حتى لأبسط مفاهيم الضيافة أو النظافة.

Location is not bad, 3-5 mins walk to Jomtien Beach. Very close to 7-11 also. However, the hotel sound proof is very lousy. You can hear your neighbor open doors, laughing and toilet water sound very loud and clear. And the water force is not strong enough. It’s only 8 floors, but the water force quite small. The sofa and chair inside the room has some stains on it. Not really recommended.
