Location is little bit hard to find and the road to go to hotel small. But nice hotel and price is ok.

This place is near Pattaya, but Grab delivered so fast.
Swimming pool was not hot. But it was so fresh for us. Cool!

BE Aware! They wash the dishes without any consideration for people waking up from it as early as 7 am at the adjacent building LK residence.
If you don’t mind having to wake up dishes and pans clanking sounds but all means stay here .

The location is great if you are not afraid of bugs.
You have to open the door sideways, but it's very inconvenient to open it with a key.
There is no refrigerator in the room. There is toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo.
There is no sign at the hotel entrance so it is difficult to find.
Since it doesn't appear on Google Maps, go to Starbucks right next door.
You have to take a picture of the location and take a taxi.
There is a night market right in front and the Mekong River.
It's a 15-minute walk to the tourist street. The location is really good.
Facilities are lacking, but friendly staff and very good location
And low price. I was very satisfied.

The location is good, 7-11 can be reached in 1 minute. There are restaurants and Thai massage nearby. The hotel swimming pool is relatively small.

The accommodation is very spacious, but communication is difficult because the front desk does not speak English.
Good value for money, but the dishwashing at the restaurant next door is very noisy early in the morning.

I liked the hotel room because it was very spacious. The water pressure was extremely high (to the point where it hurt). However, it was a little disappointing that there was no shade to block the sunlight in the parking lot. A deposit of 500 baht is required upon check-in.
