Excellent option for staying in Pattaya. Convenient way of check-in and check-out. Excellent service for accompanying your stay. The apartments have everything you need :)

Staying at these apartments was a disappointing experience.
Cons:
•Lack of soundproofing: Loud music from nearby cafes plays from 10 PM to 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep—even earplugs don’t help.
•Poor condition of the apartments: The furniture is old, and the overall state of the place is rundown.
•Limited kitchenware: There are only 4 mismatched plates and glasses, plus an old frying pan and saucepan that should be replaced.
•Cleanliness issues: Cockroaches were spotted in the apartment, and there is no cleaning service or supplies provided for self-cleaning.
Pros:
•The rooftop and third-floor pools are excellent.
•There is a gym available on-site.
•Towels are changed every two days, and toiletries like toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided.
If you value quiet and cleanliness, I do not recommend these apartments.

Best place for travelers, everything was available in the hotel very close to walking street, all restaurants in 5 minutes walk

Good airbnb in pattaya suitable for a couple or single guys to book ! Nice location with gym and 360 level 31 swimming pool view , brings girl back with no issue to walk thru the security gate ! Hehe, strongly recommended

Very central location in Pattaya.
Convenient room, well equiped with refrigerator and washing machine. But cleanliness should be improved and some repair work should be done! (Unless you don't mind mold, stains on the walls and curtains, rust, etc. ...)
