The location is great. Staffs at the reception were very helpful. They managed to change my room twice. 1st because of noisy music coming from the club at night, 2nd because the other room they gave me had a noisy aircon.

At ten o'clock in the evening, I called to tell them that they didn't have the body wash, and said that they would bring it to me now, but they didn't bring it after waiting for an hour. We bought it on our own takeaway software. At noon the next day, I didn't see the shadow of the shower gel. At that time, I was promised on the phone that I would be there soon, which was very sad. The front desk calls on Ctrip can only be made domestically, so I can’t get in touch, and I have to go to Google Maps to find the phone number, which is very troublesome. It's not worth it, it's not expensive after all.

Excellent stay with an incredible host. We could order dinner in advance as we were going to arrive a bit late. They were also flexible with breakfast and, in general, so friendly and welcoming! Dinner was great, breakfast too!

I stayed here for 6 Nights. I reached the hotel at 7am, but the lady receptionist told me to check in at 2pm or pay 300 Baht extra for early check-in despite the rooms being available and I was supposed to stay for 6 days. The receptionist was unprofessional, rude, and when I tried to control her rude language, she asked me to leave the hotel and cancel my booking. Later I saw that the staff had changed the shifts and the lady who was managing the hotel in the morning offered me a room at 9am. I was finally relieved after a major fight with the previous manager. There is no humanity left in the previous lady who fought with me, and such people are a shame on mankind. I'm talking about the hotel now, the only good thing is the location and size of the room. Furniture is dated, washrooms are dated, beds have wheels, guest friendly(no charge). One of the lady guests, who could be known of the rude reception quarrelled with me, and I had to call the hotel security to ensure that she is being either debarred from entering the hotel again or the hotel should take some legal action against her, but to my surprise, the security guard also refused to help me and let the lady guest run away with my money which she stole (I did not take any action as it was small amount of money i.e. 1000 baht. Think before staying in this hotel. I would never stay here again.
