The condition is quite old. The items in the room are rusty in some places. The elevator is behind the building, a long walk, next to the beach, near 7-11.

The hotel is next to Jomtien Beach. The room has a view of the swimming pool. There is a convenience store near the hotel.

Good. Lovely staff, willing to serve. Points deducted for the room having a musty smell. Walk across the road and you'll reach the beach. And there is parking available.

Nice hotel, great location. Nice pool view from the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room looks a little old, need renovation. There wasn’t any shampoo in the room, only soap. Overall, hotel is good .

Clean, good service, very delicious breakfast.

At first we lived in a Deluxe room and everything was fine, but then we moved to a regular room and here it stank of something, damp and mold, no shampoo, the air conditioning did not work properly, the pool was not cleaned, a lot of locals and Chinese came in large numbers. When we left, they charged us 50 baht for not washing the yogurt glass. The freezer in the refrigerator did not work, 6 ice creams melted, we were not compensated for our loss. I do not recommend this hotel

Good location, on the seafront, large swimming pool, few people in the hotel, friendly staff.

Hotel is good if you are looking for stay for transit as it takes 200baths to reach suvArnabhumi airport by taxi. As new yellow line is operating from morning till midnight which connect to airport line you can take the same also as station is just few minutes walking distance. No breakfast in the hotel but lot of eating options available nearby and seacon square.

Recommend it. Good service staff. (There are only some font faces that act like they are not willing to work) Overall very good, rooms, location, location.
