The waterpark maken the hotel look good. But the service is not what you expected from a mercure hotel. The first room we received was smelling like smoke from cigarettes. And we had the ask and call more then 5times for the baby cot to be delivered to the room.

The hotel is very well located. Nearby is the beach and the shopping center Terminal 21, massage parlors, in general, everything is close to the center. The room is clean, they cleaned every day. We did not have breakfast, but you can always go have breakfast somewhere nearby, there are many cafes. I would like to separately note the mini water park area with a slide for children: one large slide and a small area for kids, everything is very well organized, the hotel staff constantly monitors safety in the pool, there are showers, towels. On the fifth floor there is a separate pool for adults, it is quite large, about 120 or 130 cm deep. The water was generally clean, only in the area for kids it was not so clean. What I did not like was a very old TV that does not even support YouTube, which was critically important for us and necessary for children. In the lobby there is always water or juice sometimes. The staff was polite enough and not very intrusive. If I come again, I will consider the option of staying at this hotel.

Great location close the the beach. Room size is a bit small however the cleandiness is good. Bed is very good also. There is a swimming pool for kid with small fountain. Have a fun long slider suit for adult and teenager. Breakfast could be better, have many choices but taste is so so and the room is over crowded. Kid club need to improve. Very small and not much toys.

Location is close to terminal 21 and lots of massage places and restaurants. However it is a short distance to the beach and not exactly ocean facing. Room is spacious and clean and we were allowed early check in. Breakfast lack variety and is relatively pricey. Wifi works well.

In general, I'm happy with the hotel. Swimming pool is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is ok.
