X Hotel Pattaya

This is a hotel is owned by a Chinese owner. Most of their guests are all Chinese. Moreover, being a Chinese hotel they do not have hand faucet in their washrooms in the hotel rooms. So indian and other asian people might find it difficult. Their hotel is newly constructed. So everything is brand new. Rooms are quite spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. Aur conditioner works really nice. All rooms have attached balcony with a small table and two chairs. Location is very near to Pattaya Beach..takes 5 minutes walking to reach the beach. You will find all pubs, bars, restaurants of international cuisine are all available in front of the beach. On Grab taxi / motorbike application....you will not find this hotel of you search as "x hotel". You have to search their old name "hong residence". Highly recommend for all types of travellers.

Great location but it needs to improve its services offering especially in minor details which make a huge difference to our experience. For example there was no drinking water in the room, the in room safe did not work and shower’s water pressure was not stable and the floor was always wet. While in its own was not much, but overall it presented a carelessness

The front desk is very friendly. Trip.com needs to update their booking information. I booked a sea view room on the 7th floor, but when I arrived they front desk said the 7th floor is closed, no room is available on the 7th floor.

The hotel opened in 2025, but it seems to be a renovated older building. The staff were very kind, cheerful. The room was clean, nicely renovated, and spacious enough for two people, though there was a slight smell. The toilet, TV, and hair dryer were all modern and in good condition. Because of the shower room’s layout, the toilet area inevitably gets quite wet when you shower. Overall I was satisfied with my stay!
