One night stay in this well equipped and spacious upper floor apartment with sea view. No reception but no difficulty in checking in and out it is very simple. Beautiful swimming pool and gym. Good value for money even if a little refreshment would be welcome. Security provided by friendly guards.

This is my first time staying at this B&B hotel. It is at the foot of Pashan Mountain and has convenient transportation. There is a washing machine in the room, which is my first need when traveling! There are two large swimming pools downstairs which are really great. The windows face the sea view and the lighting is great. The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is clean and tidy. I hope it will get better and better!

Месторасположение так себе. Дом находится на горке, так что нужно быть готовым к этому, рядом квартал индусов и кругом индийская еда. Ездили на такси чтобы поужинать в нормальном месте. На территории есть магазин и кафешка с неплохими ценами, можно есть там. Не плохой бассейн, так же есть тренажерный зал, но очень душный. Сама квартира не плохая, есть все что нужно для жизни (посуда, фен, стиральная машина, кондиционер их было 2, но от 1 кондиционера в спальне не было пульта). Квартира была ужасно грязная, как заселились, пришло идти в магазин и закупать средства для уборки. Убирали 3 часа. Пол был ужасно грязный, как будто бы там ходили в обуви не разуваясь. На прикрепленных фото двери в спальню и в ванную. После нас в квартире можно жить, жили в 2709. Бывают очереди на лифт, но не критичные. В общем коридоре пахнет помойкой, так как она на этаже и оттуда могут бегать тараканы. В туалете по утрам очень сильно пахнет канализацией, вытяжка очень сильно шумит и не горела одна лампочка.
