The only think to keep in mind , is that you need to remember calling the hotel befor checkin . But the place is realy nice and you are in the middle of it all :)

Room 204 was small, cosy and quiet. The balcony view looked at the other building but you can just see the sea. Internet was good. Cleaner comes every 3 days with clean towels, coffee, water and shower gel.
But Lots of people are coming in and out of the building so you have to wait for the lift and forget trying to get a sunbed on the roof top pool unless you get up there early.
When I booked the room I asked to pay extra for a 6pm check out which was agreed but a few days before I was told to check out 1pm. This made me angry as I had to sit around for 6 hours for the 7pm bus to the airport.
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn't stay again

I have stayed here twice in the past, and this time I tried The base central Pattaya (building A). The hotel is located near the walking street and has complete facilities. Unfortunately, the security guard at the above address was still not very friendly and did not allow passengers' cars to enter. This time, the hotel landlord not only did not provide much assistance, but also sent someone to clean the room before check-out time (knocked on the door at 11:30 and asked for cleaning). It is not recommended for travelers who want to travel leisurely. In comparison, the hotel landlord service in The Base department (building B) is better.

Good location, must check in by yourself, no front desk staff to assist, high floor with good view, microwave, induction cooker, washing machine for washing clothes, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, and no room cleaning service during my two consecutive days of stay... There was hot water but not hot enough. Other performances were good
