Really beautiful room and conveniently located above a cafe with aesthetic designs great for photo taking. But my favourite part of the stay was definitely the room with jacuzzi. The swimming pool at the facility was really cool as well because there were seats inside the swimming pool for you to enjoy a drink or snack. I strongly recommend this location for families, couples or even solo travellers to have a peaceful trip. The environment within the location if really quiet, not much noise and the staff were really polite as well! Will definitely consider coming back.

Overall not bad, but I would not consider our room (superior category) at 5star level The hotel mostly caters to tour groups from China and Vietnam, it can get crowded.

The night worker at the reception was very rude and sullen. Even when I asked about local transportation, he gave me the wrong answer. When I warned him the next day, he talked a lot.

The reception staff are very bad. I asked how to get to the city and gave wrong information.

Stayed for 2 nights. Food is ok with less options. Pool is clean and good. Some attractions and bus terminal is little close by. . Can go if u travel in budget

The overall feeling of the hotel is okay. But what I don’t understand is why there are three front desks. The front desk at the door points to the building on the south side of the courtyard. After going there, it leads to the building on the north side. The last two front desks are a bit messy. Maybe there are three hotels with one owner? But generally speaking, the hotel is very good. The rooms are large and clean, and the facilities are new and user-friendly. The most rare thing is that it has a large terrace. Sitting on the balcony drinking tea and looking at the swimming pool is a pleasure.

The room is large and clean. It is cleaned and provided with two bottles of water every day. There is a swimming pool downstairs, open from 8am-8pm. The staff's service is very good. They will help with luggage and always have a smile on their face. There are Big C and Eleven just outside the hotel, which is very convenient. A very clean hotel, I like it very much! Recommended

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Spacious room with a large bed and Smart TV. Cleaned every day and clean. Breakfast is a buffet, but the assortment has been better. You will always find something to eat. The only thing, perhaps for some this is a minus, is the focus on representatives of the PRC. So, if you are not bothered by a lot of noisy and spontaneous people, then the hotel will come to you.

The hotel itself is not bad, everything is clean, the breakfast is good, there is always something to choose from. At the entrance you can immediately take a tuk tuk. It's a long way to the sea. Great pool, clean. One of the downsides is that Wi-Fi does not work, we had a signal on the 7th floor only in the morning, the reception was good by the pool. But you could only go to Instagram and YouTube. The browser and most applications did not work. We used a SIM, which is why we had to spend money on the Internet. And it’s also very noisy in the hotel, everywhere. The most budget rooms face the road, there is noise from cars all night. The pool has a walk-through courtyard, like a bus station, buses arrive every 10 minutes and rumble 5 meters from the pool. Staff with carts everywhere.
