The apartment complex has a great location and nice amenities, but the service is lacking.
It's not a 5-star or even 3-star because they don't even have luggage storage.
It's really noisy with loud music late at night, sometimes until 3 am. The towels are thin and dirty, and there's no hand soap available.
Despite these issues, the apartments are a good enough, but price should be better!

The place quite near to beach front also roof top of this building was great. Amenities very very completed. Would recommend this place to my colleague if they’re going to traveling in pattaya

Great location. Rooftop pool is outstanding. Jacuzzi great. Pool table, ping pong, fitness on roof with infinity swimming pool that goes out to edge was fantastic. Its in the heart of everything near Central Plaza, LK Metro, Pool hall across the street if you enjoy that and many restaurants around.
Room was very clean and with a great view of the beach.
Definitely recommend to stay here.
