Everything was arranged, I spent a long time reading and choosing a hotel because I bought a tour in advance for the New Year. My wife can't stand boat ferries - this is an ideal choice, the beach is 5 minutes away. The beach, of course, is without exoticism like in Anapa, only Russians with our domestic rudeness. But relatively clean. The hotel itself is conveniently located surrounded by greenery, the room has everything. Breakfast is sufficient. To the right, 10 minutes away, is the KEMP market, where you can eat delicious national dishes and fresh juices in the evening while listening to live music. There is also a travel agency 7th tour, we bought everything there, it was profitable! On the left is the street to Nakula and there are tuktuks. In the Terminal store, things are expensive, but you can pay with a Union Pay card and get a tax refund when you return, and on the 5th floor there is the Pierre food court, where it’s cheaper to eat. The hotel quietly and comfortably decides what they would like: the air conditioner is very noisy - fix it.

I don't know who writes such good reviews, but I'm shocked. Everything looks beautiful in the picture, but in reality it's a dump. I have vacationed in Thailand many times and specifically at Hotel 3, but I have never seen anything like this. Nothing works, dirt is everywhere, the food in the restaurant is not edible, the rooms are terrible. This is my seventh trip to Thailand, but I have never been so disappointed. The beach nearby is very dirty, like the whole area. After this, I don’t want to return to Thailand yet.

Great hotel. We liked it very much. There are disadvantages, but they become less significant during the holiday. The hotel is small and is greeted immediately by a small open lobby with an information and reception desk. The hotel consists of two main buildings: A and B. Inside each building there is a swimming pool. That is, there are two of them in the hotel. As well as large wooden villas and small bungalows. In one building the balconies of the rooms are slightly larger, in the other there are smaller ones. I won’t tell you what the difference is inside the room. We had a small balcony. The room is a bit dark. The furniture is quite old. Everything is done in eco-style. Wooden furniture, tile floors. There is a kitchen corner, also not very modern. But it is equipped quite well. Large refrigerator, stove, microwave. There are waterfalls and fish ponds. The main advantage of the hotel is the territory. She is gorgeous and captivates at first sight. I have never seen such a variety of tropical plants in any hotel. Flowering trees, shrubs are fragrant, everything is in flowers. Everything is well maintained. The old gardener uncle takes care of everything, watering it every day. Very friendly. Perhaps, in addition to the rather old furniture minus all the lush tropical greenery. These are mosquitoes. I advise you to fight them with sprays and fumigators. And only local ones, they are adapted to these types of mosquitoes. We don’t keep the room open even during the day, they’ll swoop in and bite you at night. Our tour price included breakfast. Here's another minus. Breakfast here is quite weak even by the standards of three-star Pattaya hotels. You can choose from an omelette or scrambled eggs with sausage, cheese or chicken. And a small buffet to accompany the hot dish. The menu does not change, it was very monotonous for two weeks. Breakfast time is also strange, from 8 am to 10 am. Many excursions pick up much earlier. You leave without breakfast because there is nothing to eat in the lunch box they give you. We bought snacks at store stops. The hotel staff is pleasant and hospitable. The receptionist greets you, the maid cleans. There is a small shuttle (tuk tuk) from the hotel to Naklua Street. And from Naklua you can already go to the pier and to the center. The hotel is not first line, but the beach is very close. Wongatham Beach. He's not bad. But islands, there are islands. From the pier we sailed to the island of Koh Larn. Excursions to distant islands and other tours were taken from a trusted agency from Nick Travel Pattaya from Alexander. I recommend it to everyone. The hotel's infrastructure is excellent, cafes, massages - you'll find everything. It is better to change money in the center at yellow TT exchangers. I recommend the hotel if you don’t complain about outdated furniture and such a breakfast format. Everything is fine. Quiet, calm hotel, there are people in the hotel: mostly Russians and a few Europeans, maybe Australians.

We rested in this hotel in November 2023. Together with my husband. The hotel is not bad, but clearly old, the rooms are in dire need of renovation, the furniture is old and shabby. The keys are ordinary, not cards, I’ve seen this a couple of times in Thailand at most. The pluses are large rooms with a kitchen (although we hardly used it), overlook the pool, the staff is attentive, the cleaning is quite acceptable for Thailand, they didn’t skimp on beach towels: if you took one with you to the beach, you could bring another one, like they did There were 4 towels between us, they were also changed upon request. The tuk tuk, which took us every hour to Naklua, can take us a second time, we were late, we asked, the driver made another trip. The area is clean, 2 swimming pools, each with a jacuzzi. In general, there was a feeling that the hotel was a maximum of a third full, although it was the children's holidays and the beginning of the season. In connection with this, there was no crowding, there are always free places by the pool, 2-3 sun loungers are occupied and that’s it. The downside is that the breakfast is very modest. It’s not that there’s nothing to eat, but it’s strictly the same thing every day and there’s really nothing to vary there. In a sense, it’s convenient that the main course: omelet, scramble, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs is ordered at the bar, that is, no matter what time you come for breakfast, you won’t be left without a hot dish, but everything else doesn’t change from day to day. There are no cheeses or cereals at all, only watermelon from fruit, and waffles from baked goods. The main course always came with a piece of breaded chicken; I had never eaten this before in Thailand; it was not a Thai dish at all, but it was unexpectedly tasty. It is also not very convenient that breakfast is from 8 to 11, it would be better from 7 to 10. Departure for excursions is usually at 8 o’clock and we could not have breakfast in the morning, while 10 minutes would have been enough for us so as not to go hungry. Once we ordered lunch boxes and they were hung on the door handle at about 10 pm. There were sandwiches and a boiled egg. The air conditioner deserves a special mention. My husband doesn’t like it very cold, we struggled for a long time trying to adjust it to be warmer. The remote control reacts rather strangely, the buttons beep, but there is no result. But the most important thing is the noise. In general, this is not the first time I have encountered noisy air conditioners, I react normally to it, since I sleep soundly, the noise does not bother me at all, but this noise is more than strange, from time to time it changed its tone and several times I jumped up in full confidence that it was starting to rain outside , I pull back the curtain, and it’s quiet and quiet outside the window. Then the sounds made by the air conditioner changed several times, and in general it was difficult to realize what was happening around, especially when half asleep. In addition, the air conditioning system itself is installed directly under the balcony, it was not very pleasant when you were relaxing on the balcony and suddenly the air conditioner started rattling. In general, the impression of the hotel is favorable, make repairs, improve the breakfasts - you won’t get a price, because the location is super, and the fact that the hotel is low-rise is only a plus, I love such hotels - a chamber, private a**osphere, as if the whole hotel is your personal villa. We stayed at the hotel from March 2 to March 13, 2023. The hotel is excellent! Don’t read negative reviews, just check into this hotel and relax! Checked in by 12 o’clock, the room was clean, the bed and towels were snow-white, the room was cleaned every day. Shampoo and gel in the bathroom , cotton swabs, soap, shower cap, every day two bottles of water and a Plumeria flower (a small thing, but nice)) We lived in building A, there are balconies in every room, on the balcony there is a table, two armchairs, a clothes dryer, an ashtray. Smoking possible on the balcony, on the grounds and near the pool (my husband smokes, this is important for him). Mothers with children and non-smoking tourists who are irritated by tobacco smoke can choose a non-smoking hotel)). The staff is helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, my blood pressure rose and I had to go to the hospital, the girls at the reception called a cheap Bolt taxi. And to take me back from the hospital, the administrator sent a hotel car and said that it was a gift from the hotel. Thank you, kind woman! Breakfast from 8 to 11. Three dishes fried to order from eggs - eggs with sausages, with bacon and scrambled eggs, you can also boiled eggs. On the tables there was always additionally fried chicken, fried rice with egg and vegetables or rice noodles with vegetables, soup, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, carrots, cabbage, two dressings - mayonnaise and olive. Two types of fruit. Tea, coffee, two types of juice, toast, two types of jam, plums. butter and two types of cookies. Well, what's bad about breakfast? Everything is fresh and tasty! The pool is a separate theme - large, clean, the water is warm, sun loungers and umbrellas are present. The hotel area is green, clean, there are flowers, exotic plants everywhere, two ponds with fish .3 minutes to the sea, the beach is clean, the water is clear. Near the hotel there is a Femeli Mart store, at the exit from the hotel to the right and left along the road there is a large number of snacks - fish, seafood, pancakes, smoothies, sushi, shawarma (for gourmets)) ) We tried everything, everything was fresh and tasty. We bought a Thai card, 10 days of unlimited internet for 99 baht, downloaded the Bolt taxi app, there was always internet and you could call a cheap taxi. In general, we came to the conclusion that if you go to Pattaya, then only to Plumeria! Have a good and positive holiday everyone!

We arrived at the hotel around 7 am. We checked in only at about 13.00 the rooms were still occupied. The room is basically good, big. As they wrote, there is a kitchen, a stove, a large refrigerator and you can cook food. There is a kettle but they don't put in any sugar, coffee or tea. This is a minus, so if you want to drink tea or coffee, take it with you. Their coffee is bad and their tea is a bit expensive. Lipton 25 pack. costs 79 baht. There is a top store right next to the hotel. prices are the same as in sevan. The staff is friendly and helpful. on d.b. the child turned 16 on the bed, swans were tied up, congratulations on paper and a bottle of delicious pink champagne. Well done. minus the pool is not cleaned, there is sand on the bottom and so on, and around the pool by the sunbeds they are not cleaned at all, there is small garbage and so on. This is not critical for us. Our room was on the first floor, convenient. all rooms overlook the pool. the balcony with a dryer and a table is normally shorter. It's not far from the sea, about 4 minutes. To the main street where there are tuk tuks, there is a bus shuttle from the hotel every hour until 24:00. The guys from the reception drive you, if you come across a normal one, you ask him to take you to the space hotel and there, across the road is terminal 21. If he’s not cooperative, then he takes you to the jewelry store, then go further to the terminal. The downside, of course, is that there aren’t many cafes, mokash stands and inexpensive fruits nearby, just like in Jomtien. As you leave the hotel, turn left, walk a little and the first street to the left. There are about 5 mokashniks on it in the evenings. they sell fish and various food. a little further, on the left side there is a good massage parlor (green sign). Thai massage and foot massage 200 baht for 1 hour. exchange office on the street where tuk tuks go, yellow TT, the most favorable rate. we changed it on the first day, the rate was 35.20; in the following days it only fell; in other exchange offices the rate was lower by a whole baht. Opposite the hotel on the road comes a mokashnitsa pancakes and kebab. as many have written, the breakfasts are not as good as in other hotels, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs to order, the rest is a buffet, vegetables, tea, coffee, fried chicken, drinks, cookies, watermelon and pineapple. We've eaten enough, you won't be hungry. anyway, this is not all inclusive. Room cleaning is good.

Excellent hotel, satisfied in all respects. The rooms are better on the 2nd and 3rd floors - peace and quiet. Nice view of the indoor pool. Daily high-quality cleaning, everything in the rooms is present and working, friendly staff provides immediate assistance with any issue that arises. Don't leave food outside the refrigerator in your room - you won't get ants, however, this is the case everywhere here. With the balcony closed at night and the air conditioning turned on, no mosquitoes are scary. Breakfast is modest, but prices are low - everything is fair. Nearby are 24-hour Tops and 7/11 stores, a 10-minute walk from the city's largest shopping center, Terminal 21. The sea is nearby, walking in the shade is normal; however, after visiting the paradise island of Koh Lan (Tien beach is the best) for 440 baht for two from the hotel and back, you choose the latter, we went every other day, without any excursions to other islands we got along just fine. The city's largest fish market is also nearby. When I'm in Pattaya again, I'll just come here. Thanks for the rest.
