The hotel has reasonably large rooms. But the lights in the room are less bright, the towels are old. The room has a pungent smell. Where the car is parked in the sun and a lot of dust Should continue to improve a lot.

It's an economy hotel for sure. It's actually an apartment block turned into a hotel. Each room is decorated differently with its own theme. They come in standard rooms and VIP rooms, which are larger and more flamboyant. There is a fridge and TV, and sachets of instant coffee and milo are provided in the room and downstairs in the common area. Other than drinks and ice cream for sale downstairs, there is no food available any time of day. It is a short walk to food stalls and shops through a residential area. Each room has a balcony. For the price and what you get, it is value for money. Cleanliness can be improved. There are many tiny ants in the room, and I got bitten while asleep. Also, beware of mosquitoes in the room. They are a sure way of keeping you awake by buzzing in your ears the whole night. Drainage system in the bathroom was bad, with shower water having to flow across the bathroom in order to be drained. Staff are friendly, and there is a staff throughout the night.

The lake view private pool rooms are fantastic. Beautiful spacious rooms with enormous outdoor bathrooms. The beds are very comfy and everything is well maintained. Simple wooden buildings that are well designed and extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The views were beautiful and we felt truly immersed in nature, but only a short drive from Songkhla old town.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !

Quiet location, away from street noise. Covered carpark for up to 4 cars. 7-Eleven around the corner.
The only minor downside is the location, about 2km from the city center,
I would definitely stay here again.

This classic hotel is old and the rooms are quite smelly. The breakfast buffet was average with both Thai and Western dishes. Wifi was strong, but only allowed one device per room. But the nice pool, very service-minded staff the great low price including breakfast made it all up for it.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: The room is very clean. The bathroom does not smell musty. The bed sheets, blankets, and pillows are fragrant and clean.
Location: It is near the city center and near Prince of Songkla University. It is convenient to travel. There are many places to eat. There is a restaurant at the entrance of the alley where the accommodation is. You can walk to the restaurant and sit down.
Service: The owner of the accommodation provides good service. He speaks nicely and is pleasant to listen to. I am very impressed.
Facilities: The accommodation provides two bottles of drinking water, coffee cups and coffee, a hot water kettle, chairs, and tables in the room. I would like the accommodation to add a hair dryer.

DDin_SaintThe room is spacious with a separate section for the shower and vanity area. There is also an attached balcony where U can hang your clothes to dry. Check in was a breeze. The room air conditioning is cold and all the amenities work well. There are more than sufficient power points to charge your electronics. There is ample parking space in the vicinity of the hotel though it is not sheltered. Location is perfect with walking distances to eateries and the city clock tower.

HHafizah MThis hotel was great! It was actually our second option since our first choice was fully booked, but we glad we choose this hotel. Easily accesible, with roofed carpark and just 5 minutes from downtown area where all the happening are. The rooms quite spacious, bathroom was cleaned and good. The best part we can check in earlier and the host was nice although she only speak basic english. Pattani is basically a gem, with lots of halal food choices and wonderful seaside view . We enjoy our stay and defenitely going again soon.
