Very welcoming when we first arrived. We paid for the upgraded rooms with a sea view and it was a lovely view. The evening entertainment is absolutely amazing and so much to offer with lots of types of entertainment. Highly recommend this hotel for families, young people and Luca was a great help around the place.

The hotel is not five star. We paid extra for a family room because we went with a five-month-old child and they settled us on the second floor in a building without an elevator. After the operation, I had to carry a baby pram up and down several times a day. The room is large but dilapidated, everything is old. The keys did not open the doors, we had to run to the reception several times a day to get into the room while lowering and raising the the pram. The toilet didn't work, the sink broke, they didn't even give us a kettle, despite what they promised in the email. In no case should tap water be used for milk, at the bottom you will see dirt in the form of earth. Just need to buy bottle water. No one says anything about this at the reception. The whole hotel is for show. All the time you have to go on reception and solve problem and what to decide in this hotel the first two days we were so tired ... this is not a family hotel, young girls came to dinner in pants and a T-shirt, some just half-dressed. The single couple were settled in a new building and the families were in such shabby rooms. In general, it’s very unpleasant, we specially paid extra to live in good conditions, but we don’t give a damn about you. I can’t say about the waiters, they are wonderful, they work very hard and are polite, but this is the only plus in the service. The pool is ice cold, both indoor and outdoor. Outside the hotel, the promenade is in a terrible state, there is dirt all around, broken sidewalks. The food is always good and that's a plus. We bought a tour through loveholidays and flew rynair, terribly hard with a small child, because after a two hour flight they closed the bar and did not even sell water. There is a lot empty seats, but they don't let people to move Feel like in prison during thisflight. conclusions: do not fly there in March with children, there is nothing to do but eat, the sea is cold, the pools are cold, just to eat and sunbathe if weather will be good, we have only two days during the week . Check everything carefully when booking. Will I go there again - no! you can rest in the best places for this money. I won't be using loveholidays anymore. (Sorry no photos, to busy with child )

My first impression was that of chaos when my two friends and I arrived at the hotel. There was a long queue of guests waiting to be checked in by just only two members of staff! A glass of cold water, at least, from the hotel, would have sufficed to quell the frustration of the guests as it took almost an hour for us to be attended, how much more those behind us. We paid for executive room for three but was given a tiny room with a double bed! Surprisingly we were not the only one who experienced this misfortune. We felt that we were not being listened to as the two staff behind the counter tried to enforce their “premium” room upon us as an upgrade to the executive we had earlier booked. It took a threat by one of us that we were going to sleep in the lobby for some reaction to come through. We were reassigned to another room but slightly bigger and asked to meet with the manager the next day for some discussion. By this time, it was almost midnight! What a way to start of our holiday. Meanwhile, being that our flight would arrive late, we had asked, via email, for some cold meal to be reserved for us. This email was acknowledged and promises were made. Not only was there no meal we were asked to go to the Galleria cafe to take whatsoever was left. We saw some guests who came to this place but turned back disappointed as there was no food left. Maria was a breathe of fresh air! When we met with her the next morning, we perceived a light at the end of a dark tunnel. Loved the professionalism she displayed all through with her bubbly persona and her understanding of our plight. She did everything she could to ensure that we got another room, not executive though as that wing she said was closed till summer. We wondered why it was still being advertised on their website!! Anyway, the rest of our stay was beautiful, mostly due to Maria. The general staff I found friendly and certainly I will not be forgetting names like Maria, Nikola, and Andrea in a giffy. I also add the restaurant staff whose good-naturedness added to the food being tasty and fabulous. As an aside, from my travel experiences, it really would be nice if there was some sort of dress code, like no swim suits in the dining area. However, this depends on what the hotel management wants to promote. Overall, I would give my experience a 4/5 stars.

We came for our Honeymoon in September but also came with friends that we met at this hotel 7 years earlier. From the beginning we were put in a twin room and the reception staff didn’t want to help. We were on the 2nd which was a bit run down when we booked you only see the rooms that have been revamped and they look lovely but not ours. We booked all-inclusive which we didn’t get we could only eat in the main restaurant and the food was same old same old each day. You don’t get snacks Ice cream chips and you can’t use the pool bar even though we could when we came before we just felt ripped off as they now have a ULTRA all-inclusive they say, but all the paperwork around the hotel states only all-inclusive There was one young lady called Angela at the front desk who tied to help us but it was only 3 days before we were going home and we made the decision not to pack up and move to a double room so we stayed in our so called executive room which it was not. We feel a real shame that this hotel was not really interested in customer service and we were so looking forward to going back to a this hotel but never again …….
