Great hotel, can’t beat the location. Staff are lovely and attentive, spacious large room and great bathroom. Breakfast is just ok compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in but this is the hotel I keep coming back to when I visit Patra. Highly recommend it.

Great location, BUT...We had a triple room, which consisted of one double and one single bed. There was no room to lay our suitcases, which were carry-on size, other than in between the beds-great for falling over anytime you wanted to move about the room. Absolutely not remotely like the picture. This was, by far, the tightest room I have ever had. It was probably a double room and they just squeezed in another bed. It was suitable for only 1 double bed, no more. They did have one of those open type stools for laying a suitcase on, but there was no room to put it up. Talking about small - one of our friends weighed 45 kilos and she was too big for the shower. We stayed for 3 nights and in spite of asking for clean towels, only the single bed was made and given fresh towels. There was no restaurant on the premises but there was a breakfast hall with a decent breakfast. There was a bar with a piano, but it was not used while we were there. Being there over New Years, I expected for something to be happening, but there was nothing. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place. The receptionist, however, was an absolute sweetheart; she was the nicest thing about the hotel, other than the location.

Great stay with friends. A great quiet spot right on the water with a shared kitchen and amazing water view: hammocks and patio furniture to relax outside. Friendly staff. Close to eats and treats of Pireas and the boat tours. Easy to street park right infront. We also met some wonderful people. Will come back. Thank you

a good hotel at a good price

The people were very friendly at the reseptson and the breakfast was OK. Our bathroom had a lot of black mold and under the bathroom door the paint was start to fall off because the moisture damage. The grout between the tiles in the bath was gone in many places. We saw bugs and silvertails inside the bathroom. The bed was terrible to hard and our body didn't get a good rest these days at the hotel. Bathroon to small.
