It was one of those trips where you did not know what to expect from the place.However The red velvet hotel patna exceeded whatever expectations I had didn’t have as well. The staff were amazing to say the least the place was clean, the food was amazing.Mr.Amit provided great hospitality. Thanks

Room not found to be premium. Sofa's other bedsheets is not at all premium and found torn. Even room was stinking and having foul smell.

Location is good. My room was cramped (the door nearly touched the bed. Bed wasn't comfortable. Restaurant was good. Breakfast options were good. Geyser (heater) was below expectation. Staff were courteous. Overall average experience. Not worth the price.

Business boutique hotel it is , centrally located . Not bad for a short stay and as per value of money deal. Only reverse point is high price food menu that is not compatible as per the hotel standard

The management is very POOR as they don’t mention the Check In time of guests rather they consider the booking timings only, as a Corporate customer it effects the reliability proving the Check In at hotel during official work
