Their service is really amazing. They made our visit special and memorable specially Anita and Anjali . The staff feels like family.. and everything was so perfect here. The food was good in test and customised as per our preferences. It's the best place for staying and for any functions. Fabulous Hospitality given by Red Velvet

On the 1st day there was no power for more than 2 hrs due to maintenance and there is no alternative power back the rooms are getting suffocating and the hotel management was silent. And also need to improve on room service takes lot of time on delivery.Rest all ok

I visit patna and stay in red velvet hotel and my experience was very nice.... Room ambience is gud ... service is amazing.....staff behaviour is so coperative and specially food of the hotel is no nice and breakfast is so gud wit combination of south indian food , continental, bakery items,and many more... Thanks red velvet to make my stay wonderful.

Room not found to be premium. Sofa's other bedsheets is not at all premium and found torn. Even room was stinking and having foul smell.

Location is good. My room was cramped (the door nearly touched the bed. Bed wasn't comfortable. Restaurant was good. Breakfast options were good. Geyser (heater) was below expectation. Staff were courteous. Overall average experience. Not worth the price.
