It is good experience in hotel service is good, best thing is location which is in the heart of city nesr to railway station and even airport is not so far

The standard room is very small. They don't provide any electric kettle, they will give dental kit if u ask at-least 2-3 times, they will only give 1 towel for 2 guests, you can get 1 more if you again ask 3-4 times. There rooms don't even have a dustbin you have to ask 3-4 times for that also. The room service is also pathetic. If u order anything from the restaurant you will get it once you call again and the waiting time will be at-least 45 mins. Only there food is good and affordable.

The place and staff is not good at all. It was so dirty. Staff behave are so bad. The staff seating at the main counter was not friendly at all. I would not prefer to go again.
