Property location is good, breakfast is good but few options can be changed in menu and few services can be better. No once came on their own to clean the room, there was no mat outside the washroom. For dental cleaning tool, had to call and ask, they could have given it on their own. Not given water bottle, had to ask on daily basis. Room was good, staff was good.

Stayed 2nd time in hotel. Rooms are neat and clean. Food quality is goods. I have opted buffet option for breakfast and dinner and this is the worth of money those they have charged due number of variety and tasty food served. Staff are so cooperative and ready to serve.

My stay at Patna Ginger was quite pleasant. The air conditioning and nice bathrooms with shower heads were appreciated. Our party of 10 people for a family trip to visit Patna Sahib, which is about 30-50 minutes away, depending on traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal, with very delicious food that warranted a second helping. Despite being located on a busy street, we managed to have a good night's sleep. The staff were attentive, and when food was spilled in our room, they promptly cleaned it up and even compensated us with another meal. The maintenance guy, Nikhil, was very helpful with our WiFi issues, though the WiFi was sometimes unreliable. The only major downside was that there was only one key per room, which made it difficult for us to visit and care for our elderly grandparents. We had to call to get onto another floor. While I understand this is for security purposes, it was inconvenient for us. I suggest management consider bending this rule in special cases like ours. Otherwise, I would stay here again.
