Bad just A Bad experience does not even sum it all up, I just did not expect to see the employees manhandle a customer. For complaining about the heating or something. Waiting to eat there is another story not enough staff working? don't know it was fine I guess the food but *** did not even serve us water till the 7th time we asked them. Yes we had to ask 7 times just for water sitting at a table after ordering food, and rude staff yes really rude think they were drunk don't know to be fair it was just fairly just a bad experience.

Truly a worst experience. Rude staff, rude enough to manhandle you for asking about basic amenities and those who don't understand the basics of customer services. As a person who travels this has to be one of the if not THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've had in years. Would not recommend for solo or family travels.

Happened to visit their restaurant today. Very bad service they haven't served the food on time and was waiting almost an hour and still we haven't received our food also they didn't had enough staff to deal with the customers and the table was not even served with drinking water. Extremely disappointed.
