a different kind of experience. it was a wonderful experience to sleep in the wigwam and use the hot tub in the more or less open air. the breakfast was in my opinion exceptional for south africa, as it was more or less “german” oriented. everything was prepared with a lot of care and love. Score 9.5 out of 10, keep it up!

Probably one of the best host experiences we've ever had. The attention to detail was outstanding! A highlight on our West Coast road trip. Even though we made a very last minute booking, Marion made sure we were spoilt for my partner birthday.

Great guesthouse close to the little village of Paternoster and to the beach. Very friendly owners, very good breakfast and a very good bed! Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Marion and Deon are very friendly and helpfull. Nice welcoming room with flowers on the bed etc. Beautifull garden to relax in and Cape Columbine Nature Reserve around the corner.

We stayed at Farr Out Guesthouse for 2 nights during our honeymoon. The room we stayed in was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The location itself is indeed 'far out', but if you're in need of relaxation, peace and quiet, it's the perfect place to be. Marion and Deon are extremely helpful, providing tips and things to do in the area. Also, Marion probably prepared one of the best breakfasts during our 3-weeks in South-Arica :-)

We had an amazing stay at Farr Out Guesthouse. Marion and Deon were lovely hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. From the wood fire hot tub under the stars to the beach buggy safari and the fire at the boma, it was all a wonderful experience. If you want a peaceful weekend away then you must go here.
