Despite the reason for not being able to come to the hotel due to the unprecedented rain and flood in Dubai leading to 1200 flights being cancelled. The hotel refused to allow some level of cancellation and refund.

Local for the airport, nothing here really Restaurant food looks whatever No room service The rooms are clean and neat Pillows and bed are awful

The hotel was great, the service was impeccable, just as it should be. I would book in the same hotel again if I returned to Valencia.

Recommended hotel, the only thing is its location a little far from the city.

The best was the buffet breakfast. It had a very nice pool, unfortunately we couldn't use it because it rained. Good quality-price ratio. If you have a car you are 15/20 minutes from the center of Valencia. I would return😁

The room size, cleanliness and quietness are all good. The breakfast is not good. Carrefour is across the road.
