Despite the reason for not being able to come to the hotel due to the unprecedented rain and flood in Dubai leading to 1200 flights being cancelled. The hotel refused to allow some level of cancellation and refund.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but the experience is getting worse.
First of all, the room does not provide slippers and toothbrushes and toothpaste;
There are not many breakfast options, and the plates are not clean
The important thing is that the room is not soundproof, and the toilet often makes a splashing sound. On the last night, there was a supermarket or a store downstairs, and a large truck was moving something. It started at about 1 a.m. and rumbled for more than two hours before stopping. The movers were still chatting loudly and turning on the speakers
The only advantage is that the room is big enough.
Next time I come to Valencia, I will not stay in this hotel

I asked to change the date of my stay, I called the hotel and they told me that it was no problem to do so but that I should arrange it through the agency. Trip tried to do it and the hotel rejected it. Then I called many times and they never answered. They made me waste time and they did not behave as we had discussed. I had already stayed at this hotel and they were very kind, but this time it was regrettable.

A bit far from the city center

The best was the buffet breakfast. It had a very nice pool, unfortunately we couldn't use it because it rained. Good quality-price ratio. If you have a car you are 15/20 minutes from the center of Valencia. I would return😁
