Arrived to be told that £30 extra taken from my account due to 3 people and small dog visiting. This was detailed on my search when booking and as you can see from your request for a review it it addressed to Andrew, Kat and Anabel (2 parents and nine year old daughter), hence us booking a family room.
On arrival we were also informed of a party taking place in the building adjoining our room. Very noisy and little sleep for my wife's birthday night away. Nice farm in good location. Awaiting refund for my daughter who was always visiting the family room.

We loved our stay in the B&B. Pleasantly surprised on our arrival to find our family room was in fact a whole apar**ent with separate bedroom for the kids. The beds were really comfy and they felt incredibly spoilt with a sofa and large TV just for them. Breakfast was lovely, really friendly staff and a hassle free stay.

A very quiet location on a Farm just off the A27, a picturesque place to enjoy a couple of nights stay. With some local Pubs around the corner (walking distance), it gave you eating options. Breakfast was just the best, a very enjoyable full English cooked for you, the staff are so pleasant and nice, well worth a stay here, we will be returning in the summer so we can take some longer walks around the property and local tracks.

Ideal location for easy access to Worthing. Friendly staff and breakfast was great - they catered for my gluten intolerance. Will be staying again👍
