Gostei do Hotel,porém eu não notei que no quarto que eu reservei não tinha ar condicionado,pois para mim é básico ter.Eu deveria ter prestado atenção nos detalhes então fica a dica sempre confiram se o quarto têm ar condicionado pois mesmo com o ventilador de teto eu passei calor. O café da manhã é bem gostoso.

I stayed in the Class Hotel for 1 week with my family as I was in Passos for my wedding. From the moment we arrived until the time we left always were looked after by the staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean plus with a great aircon. Vinicius on front desk was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a friendly and professional accommodation in Passos.

Ficamos em uma turma em família e tudo correu muito bem. O hotel é confortável, quarto com tamanho bom, cama e chuveiro muito bons também. O espaço para o café da manhã não é tão grande, mas tudo bem gostoso e fresco. Todos os colaboradores do hotel nos atenderam com muita cordialidade e simpatia.

Ótimo hotel, com excelente localização na "Avenida da Moda". Fui super bem atendido por todos, café da manhã muito bom e restaurante também. Quarto e hotel bem limpos. Estão em reforma e com certeza o hotel vai ficar ainda melhor.

Em relação à recepção, senti um descuidado no momento do check-in e principalmente no check-out, falta de atenção da recepção conosco. Além disso, tinham alguns problemas no quarto: mesa suja e paredes infiltradas, mas fora isso ok. O problema maior foi no restaurante, equipe do hotel muito pequena para a demanda de hóspedes, especialmente na parte do jantar. Aconteceram situações extremamente chatas em relação aos pedidos de amigas minhas, muita demora para mandar as porções e pratos e uma delas veio com cabelo no prato e outro com a carne extremamente mal passada, pingando sangue. Como a demora pelo prato foi muito grande, nem pedimos a troca da refeição, além disso sentimos falta de disposição de alguns funcionários com o público. Fora isso, também percebemos reclamações da estadia e comida de outros hóspedes e, olhando as avaliações daqui, percebo que são necessárias muitas melhorias no hotel, tanto para um trabalho melhor entre a equipe do hotel quanto para os hóspedes.
