We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops. It’s worth taking a swimming cap if you choose to use the pool and be aware the Hotel is on the roadside. It was incredible clean and I read a review regarding pillows there are always spare pillows in the wardrobe. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Grace and team.. you were the best. 👏

We stayed there for 4 nights to attend a Family wedding. Staff friendly. Lovely pool area and garden. Lovely location. Nearby train station so we were able to go on a day trip to Florence. Option of having breakfast which was good value . In walking distance of a supermarket.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorno con la mia famiglia in questo aparthotel, soggiorno gradevolissimo, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, grande il giusto e dotato di tutti i confort per trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante, la colazione è ottima, abbondante e variegata, la posizione eccezionale per chi, come noi, ha l'obbiettivo di spostarsi a visitare le meraviglie dell'Umbria tutte a portata di mano. Il personale è eccezionale, Francesca la proprietaria e Grazia la ragazza della reception ci hanno accolto con il sorriso e accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno con disponibilità e discrezione prestando il loro aiuto e dispensandoci consigli ogni volta che ne avessimo bisogno, grazie siete state davvero preziose. Purtroppo a causa del maltempo non abbia potuto usufruire dell'area giochi esterna che dato il freddo era ancora chiusa ma torneremo! Da segnalare la palestra attrezzata di tutto punto ed il servizio noleggio biciclette efficientissimo con una moderna bike room.

Accoglienza alla reception ottima (Grazia gentilissima) Appartamento pulito (cambio asciugamani ogni giorno)ma spoglio (pochi appoggi e mensole)e impersonale Colazione ottima e ben fornita Spazio giochi ancora tutto chiuso (sia altalena che tavoli da ping pong) Avrei gradito qualche sorriso in più. Solo una persona alla colazione era sorridente La proprietaria non così gentile...anzi sembrava quasi scocciata

Siamo stati in questo hotel con mio marito ed il mio cane, approfittando di un wonderbox ricevuto in regalo. Hotel vicinissimo al paese di Passignano, sulla statale; la nostra stanza grande, munita anche di piccolo angolo cottura con accessori, mimetizzato in un armadio. All’esterno barbecue , piscina e giochi per bimbi. Bici parking e incantevole palestra con macchinari nuovi e di ultima generazione. Colazione dolce e salata con vasta scelta di dolci caserecci, caffè cappuccino fatto dal bar. Accoglienza molto familiare, anche per gli amici a 4 zampe grazie a Francesca e Grazia sicuramente torneremo.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una breve vacanza .Posto tranquillo ,la gentilezza della sig.ra Francesca è indiscutibile, Camere comode e pulizia eccellente con materasso comodissimo inoltre ottima colazione .lo consigliamo vivamente. ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie per tutto.

Grazioso piccolo hotel con angolo giardino e piscina. Arredato con gusto. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione per fare escursioni. Camere pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Prezzo ragionevole. Prima colazione buona. Staff are very nice and helpful. Nice small hotel with a small garden and swimming pool. Nicely furnished. Good position .Nice clean big bedrooms. Reasonable price. Quite a good assortment at breakfast.
