It’s a great hotel. The staff is making it very comfortable for you. The rooms are clean, very good bed and airco. Breakfast is very good and the pool is very nice. Price quality balance is very good. This is how a family hotel should be. I’ve been there for the fourth time now and I hope to be there another four times.

This hotel provides the “necessities”; the room is clean, the bathroom functional and the breakfast generous ( no hot options though). The pool was a very welcome respite after the heat of the day. It is adjacent to a train track which seems to be unused between 7pm and 7am. There is also lots of private parking available. I’d like to able to make a cup of tea in the room It’s also a short drive into the main township which has lots of dining options along the lake front. In short an excellent option for travellers not wanting to spend a small fortune on accomodation.

This hotel reminds me the kind of hotels along the roads 30 years ago and have this style of old fashioned motels. Free parking, good WiFi, clean and good size swimming pool, make this place a good opportunity to roam around the Trasimeno lake. Rooms are clean with balcony, in a need to be a bit " refreshed", but with all the amenities you need from minibar to A/C. Breakfast is quite ok, so a good value for money in a high season. Thanks

Family run hotel with very friendly staff, simple but clean rooms. Good breakfast with variety of products. In general, small details could be taken care of which would enhance both the structure and the services but overall I must say that we had a very good time.

The staff at the property were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast room was large and well stocked with homemade cakes and pastries, the room was clean (and that's no small thing), nice as it had a small balcony with a lake view, if we want to find faults let's say the railway was too close and. ...the curtain pierced by a cigarette.

Hotel stuck in the 70s not only in the furnishings, even the duvet seemed to come out of the 70s, the corridor smelled of smoke and is not ideal if you have children. In the room there was an ashtray on the bedside table ☹️ and a high-pitched hiss due to an English socket installed under the TV, quite annoying. Close to the railway line with little traffic, but trains present. The center of Passignano is a few minutes away by car, it is not recommended to go out on foot... I expected better given the reviews read.
