Hotel Lidò

The hotel is in a very central location and the service is really excellent. It is right on the lake and has its own spacious pool.

I spent Easter in this hotel. The place is very nice however we are not really there. And I'll also explain why: the lake view room had an exceptional view, however, beating the sun and with summer temperatures, the room was really an oven. Unfortunately, as there were no mosquito nets, all kinds of insects entered the room, which is why I requested the remote control for the air conditioning at the reception and only after numerous stories did they bring it to me. Numerous stories because even the minibar was not working, you will understand that on such hot days, at least the cooling of the fresh water would have been optimal. The employee of the reception, after having made sure of the failure of the minibar, promised us the intervention of the technician on the same day, but he NEVER arrived. My partner and I also asked to change rooms, even if it had no lake view, therefore less expensive than our deluxe, we would have gladly accepted it, however we were told that the hotel was full. Despite the heat of the day, in the evening we found ourselves with ball radiators, there was no valve to close them, besides, I don't tell you we "slept" (slept is an understatement because in reality we have not slept a wink) without a blanket, completely sweaty and with the windows open, with ducks and birds that obviously disturbed our already precarious sleep. The next morning, anxious to spend another night sleepless, we decided to pack up and lose the money of the second night already booked. In reception, considering that the previous day we discussed requesting the repair of the minibar, the room change, the air conditioning, none of the operators thought that we were leaving for the bad stay. Customer care is nothing, I have to say this and I'm sorry because I never do bad reviews. The only positive note is the truly quality breakfast. Too bad for everything else. We will never go back.

We stayed one night in a lake view room. Large, clean and recently renovated room. Great breakfast with a good choice. The hotel is centrally located and has a private car park. We will definitely be back.
