The strong point is certainly the magnificent location overlooking the lake and the price, but despite the friendliness of the owner there were unforgivable shortcomings. There are normal radiators in the rooms which are turned off at night and in the morning the room and bathroom are freezing as there is no air conditioning. In the bathroom there is no recirculation and suction of air, so it suffocates. At the request for face towels we twice received the white shower mat which according to the owner should be used for the face. There are no toiletries, even small ones, in the bathroom but two old and used soap dishes. The double bed was very badly made, I had to make it again three times in the night with three old and heavy tyres, absurd. The cold breakfast room in the morning without heating presents a poor and not very clean buffet, I repeat it is December 8th with 5 degrees outside and therefore cold. Rooms not soundproofed, you can hear people snoring at night. Worse than that, I don't know if you know what I mean

O hotel estava de frente para o lago com vista é muito bonito ao amanhecer, mas este é o único ponto positivo o resto bem ruim, checkin não havia ninguém na recepção tivemos de usar o interfone algumas vezes até alguém vir atender sem muita vontade. Café da manhã ruim apenas um café feito na hora ao menos mas o resto na máquina frio é ruim e com opções bem regulares de comida. Quarto antigo com cama não muito confortável, não voltaremos, apenas o custo abaixo mas é possível achar algo próximo do preço e melhor.

Well regardless of either reviews we enjoyed this hotel. 1st it was very well priced. Secondly the room though basic was very very comfortable and spotless. And the view from the balcony of the room is priceless. It was off season so the restaurant was tired and dated feeling. ( Hard to complain about a breakfast that costs €2.50) A large beer was €3 and I drank two of those on the lovely terrace. Def need to drive here but would have no issues going back for the views alone. Staff also very nice.

I booked with a coupon but I already had alternatives because I had read the terrible reviews. We had a lake view room, a spectacle. Too bad about the noise from the highway right under the hotel. Small but basic and clean room. Bathroom was clean and without mold, very small shower. No air conditioning, just a ceiling fan. We were lucky that in the evening it was always a bit windy and we could sleep. But the traffic noise is annoying, I recommend earplugs. As for breakfast, what can I say, we only used 2 out of 6, we preferred a bar/pastry shop not far away. We had half board, I recommend eating elsewhere, in Umbria you eat very well everywhere except there. It takes a lot of effort to cook so badly. The owner Luana was kind and helpful with us, but we were also polite. If you need a comfortable and economical base to visit the lake and its surroundings and you are not too demanding, it is fine. The best thing is the swimming pool where you can dive and relax after a day spent exploring the surroundings that are worth it.

Then they changed our room with a giant cricket outside the window, we could not even open the window for fear that the animals would come in. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room. Do not book, because I think that something like this in 2024 is not normal. These places must be closed.

Stayed with the family using a Smartbox. Neglected hotel, but for those who love Lake Trasimeno it is in a convenient position. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but they brought something to the table. Internal parking. Presence of internal restaurant. (We had dinner at a nearby restaurant). The good-sized room with a small terrace overlooking the lake. The structure needs some renovation work especially for the fixed ones that do not isolate or from the freeway traffic.
