The rooms are incredible and the beach is lovely but this is NOT a 4* hotel. The rest of the place seems run down and not looked after, the gardens are a mess, volleyball court isn’t usable and I’ve not seen a children’s play area. Staff are scarce, there is no pool bar and you have to go in search of beach towels or drinks. The restaurant is extremely poor, long wait for service and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Food options weren’t available and beer was only put in the fridge when I asked for it, so I then had to wait for it to cool down before it was served, when food arrived it wasn’t great, felt like a quick microwave meal. Room initially had no hot water, which we had to wait to be fixed, there is nothing in the mini bar as advertised, you just get an empty fridge, hairdryer had to be requested and room was missing towels and robes etc on arrival. Rooms took a long time to be made up each day and again some towels and robes were not replenished and had to be requested again. Parts of the hotel were closed and lots of lights at night flickered. They also advertise that the hotel has a night club and a billiards room, we haven’t seen any sign of a nightclub and the billiards room is two pool tables, one completely out of use with tape over it and the other is extremity rundown, dusty and wonky that you can’t play a game on it properly. No staff ever gave us a briefing on arrival or told us about the hotel, we have had to explore, guess and ask questions. Staff have been somewhat helpful, they speak English but don’t seem to understand it when they’re asked questions. Hotel has a what’s app service but responses are very slow and even then not fully understood. It’s like it used to be a 4* hotel but it’s run by pirates 🏴☠️

The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The personnel smiled a lot but did not speak English and the service was extremely slow No hairdryer Low value for money Huge swimming pool...a cow fell in while we watched, it almost drowned and the staff's reactivity was very slow. It took 3 people to get it out:(

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The room was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly spacious one of the best I've ever stayed in. The pool is simply stunning and by far the largest in the Pasikudah area, making it perfect for relaxing or swimming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent, offering a great variety and delicious flavors. The entire hotel is beautiful, with outstanding architecture that truly stands out. I’ve never had an experience quite like this everything exceeded my expectations.

Location was really nice and also the hotel and have spacious bed rooms Good was average and buffet spread is small and Hope then can extend to more comparing with the hotel rates They have really nice and large pool and should have dip in there so calming and relaxing Rooms are really spacious and but kissing some facilities like TV due to wether condition and dryers too

The hotel is in very poor condition, resembling an old, nearly broken building that doesn't feel safe. The staff is okay, but not exceptional. The management is extremely poor; no one from management spoke with us. When we asked at reception, they said the manager was busy and unavailable. We felt ignored as guests. The reception constantly provided false information. Don't book here and don't waste your money—they don't know how to communicate with guests. We suggest closing the hotel, as it already looks abandoned. It's better to shut it down.

The property and the hotel itself are beautiful once you arrive. The staff was kind but this hotel seems to be quite new so everything was slightly slow. In many hotels managers come and ask how everything is during the stay. Here we had no contact to then staff unless we actually needed something. It’s a small thing but would mean a lot. Rooms are massive with a nice balcony. The pool was big but the water was extremely warm and full of leaves and other trash. They tried to clean if quite often with no affect. The water at this end of the beach isn’t as nice as it’s full of little rocks. Breakfast was all right but not the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. We had lunch and dinner here once and those were just ok as well - lots of options also were unavailable. Would give the place another chance if some improvements will be made.

We stayed at Breeze during a family holiday and had a very enjoyable and peaceful time. Despite half the rooms being under renovation, the staff were very attentive. Compared to the other neighbouring hotels, Breeze has far more of a personal feel. Lots of space and and a calm vibe. The pool is large, uncrowded and all the kids had hours of fun. The bit of the beach Breeze is situated in is also incredibly calm due to the reef and it’s a short walk to where the boats leave for snorkelling trips. Many thanks to all the staff for taking care of us.

Ratings mentioned in google is wrong. This does not have the standard of a 3 star even. Not maintained properly, running under staff, an empty hotel with no guests. Beach next to the hotel is terrible. You have to walk to the public beach if you want to enjoy. There are enough good hotels in the area. Avoid this if you are looking for a holiday with the peace of mind. (Nice, innocent staff. Still they can not do anything as there seems to be an issue in the way they manage the property)
