A very good hotel. Directly on the beach. It has its own protection. Food a bit monotonous, served to the tables by friendly staff. Very loud air conditioning broke the impression, but despite attempts to repair it was still loud. Prices are very high for Sri Lankan conditions.

The most expensive hotel I stayed in during this trip to Lanka, of course it is also worth the price. The room is a seaside villa, and the beach is just outside the door. The hotel swimming pool is great, with a wide view.

Hotel is visually stunning from the entrance and the rooms are top notch. The sustainable practices they have incorporated to the hotel ecosystem are admirable especially the fact that it recruits majority of the staff from local community. Staff is what makes this hotel stands out the most. We had very pleasant encounters with every staff member we met. Food was too pretty on the plate and tasted even better. We had everything and more in the hotel to mark a perfect holiday.

Awesome, the service and the atmosphere is perfect. Love the way the staff go about business. Lovely room, perfect location, great food (Sri Lankan served to perfection). The beach and water on a nice day is out of this world. Continental options for breakfast could improve.

The Hotel was indeed a fresh breath of satisfaction to us , the F and B manager , The Cheff and the rest of the staff made it very very comfortable , the Engineering and Services Dept resposnses were almost express . Food was excellent , Rooms were well appointed and immaculately maintained . All in all the Hotel is a case study for everyone on how Servise consistency can enhanse the Gusest satisfaction by ten fold .

Great place with excellent beach front. All meals and interior design gave perfect stay during our stay. All the staff members given great support during our stay. We spend lot of time in the beach as well as pool due to better environment. Thank you.

Amazing experience at Uga Bay from Welcoming to the resort to the goodbye at the end. Warm and friendly hospital, amazing service by every single person at the resort. Everyone is well trained and always treated with a friendly hello and a quick chat. Always checking in to see if the guests need anything. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Bathrooms are also very spacious, spotless and all amenities are provided. Excellent service and evening room service / touch up was excellent as they keep the rooms clean and tidy again when we came back to the room after being out. Beds are really comfortable with soft pillows. Amazing views and beach. With the softest sands and blue green sea. The resort is designed with breathtaking views. The whole facility was the perfect getaway from the hustle to relax and we felt that we were very well looked after during our stay. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the sea and the pool. Sri lankan cuisine was amazing. And the service is fantastic. It's all worth the price. One positive which was standing out was that the actual facility was not different to the amazing photo on the Web, when you're really there it's even better than the pictures. Highly recommend.
