Soweit alles ok....für den Hotelpreis bei der Lage, Top! Auch alles ok....nur die Preise für Parken und an der Hotelbar sollte man überdenken! Finde ich persönlich zu teuer!

We started with an issue with the keycard not working, bit otherwise the place is fine, as expected comfortable and clean. I have used Premier Inn before and it is a vast improvement on the previous owners.

Great location for shopping near the river, clean, quiet, amazing bed, parking in hotel garage for 15 Euro. All people in reception were amazing. Breakfast wasn't bargain, a cake would be nice next time. Premier Inn is becoming my favoured chain hotel.

comfortable family hotel. excellent location in the city center close to the city's main attractions. Delicious breakfast, wide choice. Polite staff, but I want to especially mention Yulia, she was very helpful in many ways, a wonderful, kind girl ☺️ Thank you very much for the amazing hospitality

Great location. Not far from the train station- we walked to it. In the old city center , close to restaurants, shops, music. Comfortable rooms, luggage storage. We loved meandering through this city.

Great location with underground parking if available, at 15 euros per night. Decor was modern, staff very good. Breakfast good, but could have been better. Price to quality ratio overall, excellent. Would recommend. The restaurant across the road, Heilig-Geist-Stiftschenke, is great.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was absolutely perfect, the best choice in Passau. The Hotel is so nice, clean, quiet and the room was all we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and very nice arranged. I would come back definitely.

Der erste Besuch in diesem Hotel war im Oktober 22 privat auf der Durchreise in den Urlaub nach Österreich, der zweite im März war geschäftlicher Natur. Beide Male war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter. Die Lage ist toll, direkt in der Innenstadt und sowohl mit dem Auto (eigene Tiefgarage) als auch bei der Anreise mit dem Zug (nur paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof) ideal zu erreichen. Besonders in Erinnerung war mir die positive Einstellung der Angestellten geblieben und auch diesmal bin ich ausschließlich auf hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal getroffen. Die Ausstattung in den Zimmer ist sehr neu, die Betten bequem und das Frühstücksbüffet umfangreich bei sehr guter Qualität.

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen und dazu noch eine Tiefgarage, perfekt! Der Empfang war super locker und die Herren im Service konnten all unsere Fragen beantworten. Unser Zimmer lag sehr ruhig im dritten Stock mit Sicht zum Innenhof, normale Ausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett, alles super sauber! Wir konnten 3 Nächte entspannt schlafen und konnten auch das sehr leckere Frühstück zum fairen Preis genießen. In Summe ein schönes, ruhiges und sehr sauberes Hotel mit ganz tollen Mitarbeitern. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
