Love the location. And ease of parking for the hotel. The room is huge and exceptionally clean with an nice bathtub. It is in a quiet area while accessible by walking to all the sights and nearby restaurants. If you are visiting Passau, this is the place to stay.

Always happy to come back! Very large rooms, elegantly furnished. Spacious shower. Good beds, Nespresso machine. Very nice ladies at reception. Garage up to 2.10m high :), wall box. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Great accommodation. Perfect for a city trip to Passau. Our dog was also welcome, which made us very happy. The bathroom is bigger than the whole room in some hotels! Everything is modern and super clean. The bed was top class. We slept like logs! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! It is a little impersonal because the reception is not manned in the evenings, but that didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable!

Sehr schönes, großes Apartment. Sehr sauber, alles wirkte recht neu und modern eingerichtet. Riesiges Badezimmer mit großer, barrierefreier Dusche und freistehender Badewanne. Bequemes, breites Bett. Große Fensterfront mit elektrischen Jalousien. Gute Lage, nur ein paar Meter neben der Wallfahrtsstiege zu Maria Hilf. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Frühstücksraum ist relativ klein und bietet am Wochenende nicht genug Platz fur alle Gäste. Frühstück war ok aber sehr überschaubar. daher nur vier von fünf Punkten.

Ganz o.k. Leider kann man nicht wirklich dunkel schlafen. Eher kleine Frühstücksauswahl. Schön sauber. Personal überwiegend in Ordnung. Große Zimmer. Auf dem Gästeklo deckel nicht festgeschrieben. Geht also überwiegend in Ordnung.
