Bellasera Hotel & Suites Paso Robles, Tapestry by Hilton

Was not overly impressed with our stay. We had a balcony room but the balcony and furniture were super dirty - very disappointing. Had to use an extra sheet on the chairs to sit down. Our neighbors had a dog and were smoking *** on their deck as my kids and I were enjoying our balcony. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. I struggled to find easily accessible outlets in the room to charge our devices - poor design and not user friendly. Our screen to the balcony had a big hole in it near the door handle. Overall would not stay at this location again.

This is a beautiful hotel. However, were disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to construction. We had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some sun. We learned that evening from the customer service texting service we could have used the pool at their hotel next door. I felt the front desk service should have offered this to us at the time they told us the pool was closed. When I expressed my frustration to the customer service texting, she comped my happy hour bill. That was a pleasant surprise.

Top notch place to stay Newly renovated, nice and quiet location, but close to downtown, and wineries. We got an upgrade upon check in , when we told them it was our anniversary trip :) The staff is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Would stay there again! This property is very nice. I had a suite which had a great layout with a kitchen, fireplace in the living area and patio. The property was quiet, comfortable and private.

Great hotel in a great location accessible to all the top wineries in the region. Also with a shopping center closeby makes it great to walk to for families
