Although the town is not big, this hotel is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is old, has an elevator, and the hot water for showering is very good. The wifi is very powerful and fast. I have to upload photos to Baidu Cloud every night, and it is not stressful to upload. The bed is OK and quite comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for a family trip. The facilities were OK. The attitude of the front desk staff was also very good. We booked a king-size room with free parking.

The main issue was a stranger had access with a key to my room while I was in it. I felt really unsafe. It was late in day after a long drive and events that I stayed or I would have left immediately. The whole experience was bad. The bathroom had mold like spots. A funky smell. It was noisy at night. Not to mention it was really expensive. I didn’t even do the free breakfast. I just wanted to leave asap in the morning. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel that was rated 3 stars

We didn't check in, because when we got there it was obvious wasn't as close to downtown as stated. So we had to move to a different hotel.
I wonder if there's any way to get a partial refund, or credit to put toward a future reservation.

My wife left behind her earrings on the end table. We realized it 40 minutes later and called them. They said only one person had been in the room to take sheets off of the bed. Supposedly two employees went to the room to look for them. The earrings were no longer there, and supposedly no one had seen them. They were one-of-a-kind hand made, and worth $50. Someone at the hotel stole them--they were right on the end table in full view.

The property is clean and quiet with many amenities for example a free glass of wine during happy hour, robes and slippers in room. There’s complimentary breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly accommodating. It was a pretty convenient location.
The only issue we had was that the electric charging machine didn’t seem to charge my car. I had it plugged for three hours. It didn’t gain one percent so I don’t know if it’s malfunctioning because I don’t have a problem with my car charging in

Great place to stay in Paso Robles. Great staff. Clean room, although bathroom is showing wear. We were a bit uncomfortable with vagrants loitering near the hotel. But that was the only concern. I would stay here again.
