The first room we were shown had not been cleaned. The garbage of the previous customer is still there and it is in a terrible situation.

Very bad experience. Rooms are too noisy, and the voices from the other room are very loud. Food is bad, all reviews here are nonsense. No omelette, no Japanese food and the taste is bad. You enter to stay at Batiqa or fave with a lower price but good service, room and food. Or stay at Nuanza for excellent services, room and food. When they say parking is free, it's wrong. They gave you a coupon but it's invalid. And the parking man said, you must go back and ask for another coupon if you want free parking. Totally crap. Pool is good, but the area is not safe at all.
