"Wynwood is so underrated. It’s actually a good place to stay. Besides its central location close to several malls, this hotel also boasts its superb hospitality. The moment we arrived, everyone was warm and kind. They even try to accommodate your request, just like we were able to check out late. We were expecting to be disappointed, but our room was very clean and spacious, even the bathroom. The hotel offers decent products, but if you are very particular with your toiletries and sundries, you may want to pack them to you. Our overnight stay came with breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was amazing (the soup, beef tapa, and selection of bread were my favorite). The restaurant has an al fresco space overlooking the iconic San Miguel building (pictured here), if you wanted to eat outside. When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful and even assisted us to load our luggage into our cab. Overall, it’s a great stay."

"This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy."
"Had A great stay with a good nice view. staffs are very accommodating with good attitude. really like it there especially for solo travelers like me, foods are good, had a taste of each and I enjoyed those foods really mouthwatering. the beds are comfortable to lay with, non itchy insects and other crazy stuffs. evry night in my dreams i see you, and i feel you and that is how my heart"

GGuest Userhotel is conveniently located with access to easy public transportation. the harbour view is very nice. Clean room and amenities, good services !
KKikiExceeded my expectations! The room was neat and originally, I had booked only 1 BR but seeing as there was another room available for a friend who dropped in last minute, it was easy to have the second one open and ready!
Service is prompt and reliable—both housekeeping crew and the reception work smoothly to make sure they deliver a good service.
Thank you to the team and staff who looked after us! Can’t wait to rebook when I return! ❤️

CCoach bryI recently booked a stay at Privato Ortigas for the first time, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is in an awesome location—quiet, peaceful, and away from the usual city noise, yet still conveniently close to key areas in Ortigas.
The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and stylish, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were well-kept, providing a cozy space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience.
Overall, I’d say Privato Ortigas is a solid choice for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I’d definitely consider booking again!
AAnonymous UserClean Room but Misleading View, Breakfast, and Maintenance Issues
Review:
I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing.
Positives:
1. The room was clean upon arrival.
2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available).
3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience.
2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation.
3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep.
4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience.
5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light.
Overall:
While the location is convenient and staff were courteous, the lack of proper maintenance, misleading room description, and the absence of the advertised buffet breakfast on the first day were disappointing. These issues need attention to align with what guests are promised when booking.

DDimszMy go to budget hotel in the CBD. A nice to stay at cool place when summer heats big time. Productive days and great ideas pop up at the same time
Tip: There is a real Korean Restaurant at the back entrance hotel - Seoul Eats
CCChua2Super friendly staffs... very accommodating from parking assistant to front desk to their chamber maids and assistants. The location is so good too and have easy access to Robinson's Galleria. The bed are super comfy, plus I really love their shampoo, conditioner, lotion and their Body wash. Definitely will go back here soon. 😊
PPretty Kusinera LakwatseraI’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy.
However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record.
Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process.
While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is good. The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it.
And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓
Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞
Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star.
And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.
(Not recommended)
Fix the bed people.
OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
