"Good if only for sleeping. We book this because of location. However there some areas that needs improvement like the bathroom’s smell. We booked two rooms and both towels provides are old, hard and grayish already. But staffs are helpful."

"We recently stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and what we liked the most was its location. It’s right in the heart of Ortigas, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. Major offices, malls like SM Megamall and The Podium, and plenty of dining options are all within walking distance or just a short ride away. The accessibility is excellent — whether you’re commuting by public transport or using ride-hailing apps, it’s quick and easy to get around. I was able to maximize my time in the city without spending too much of it in traffic. However, it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers or a dental kit by default. These are available for purchase at the front desk for ₱45, so it’s best to bring your own if you want to save on extras. Overall, the location makes this hotel a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and want to be close to everything in Ortigas."

"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest. Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not. Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉 As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"I recommend this hotel if you want to be near SM Megamall. It is close to a main road, so if noise is a concern tell them in advanced. This hotel was a breath of fresh air in large part to our torrid time in the previous hotel we booked. This hotel has extremely helpful staff from the doormen & concierge, to the reception, the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet. They all deserve top marks. The breakfast was consistently satisfactory, but didn't have bacon during my stay 🤪 Showers were the only complaint where the water temperature was hot and cold; yes it is notable enough for me to state it. I'm not sure if its a Philippines infrastructure problem.."

"The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it. And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓 Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞 Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star. And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in. About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head. (Not recommended) Fix the bed people."

"Exchange Regency: poor front desk comm with security. food deliver is to be picked up at basement 1 which is hot. electricity for hot water is per visitor's request. image on advertisement is not true vs. actual room. Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests."

"Stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas recently. The location is really good—very strategic since it’s close to malls, offices, and transportation. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the room felt a bit old. I noticed some stains on the curtain, and the refrigerator cabinet was already sira na. Could use a little update or maintenance. Still, for the price and the convenience of the location, it’s a decent choice if you just need a practical place to stay in Ortigas."
