Awesome food and service! 😊 We called them to book a private room like on the spot since we wanted a private room at once, and they provided it immediately. Serving time was just right. Overall, great! Definitely, we will recommend it to our peers and family 😊

Very much worth it. Arrived early from the airport and the receptionist was super awesome to offer early check-in. Maybe I also look horribly sleepy 😂. Great location, near malls. The hotel was kinda dated but still comfortable.

This hotel never fail to satisfy our expectations from the place to the staff service. This is our second time to check in here and the first time was 2 years ago when their lobby is under construction. This year, I saw lots of improvements from the room that made us feel we are staying in a 5-star hotel. What I only hate is the traffic jam around the area so when you will check in at 2 pm, expect that you’ll never make it on time. However, you might be one of the lucky guests who will get a free room upgrade just like us. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jinjiang Inn, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a spacious bathroom. The location of Jinjiang Inn is another standout feature—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping areas, and dining options, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of dishes that catered to different palates, and the dining area was well-maintained and inviting. What truly sets Jinjiang Inn apart, however, is the attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. Every interaction with the staff reflected their commitment to providing top-notch service, and their genuine willingness to assist left a lasting impression. We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Good place to stay. The receptionist and guards were polite. Accessible to different business places, schools etc.affordable.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle because the front desk attendants did not seem very happy to welcome us at the hotel. One of my coworkers was already checked in at our suite but the front desk attendants were for some reason unable to “locate” our booking. It was weird. So that took some time. The rooms are obviously dated but very spacious. Internet was not very stable and fast.

We stayed in Astoria Plaza for over a month. We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

Had a very pleasant and memorable stay here in Citadines Millennium Ortigas. We booked a 3BR, and although the layout is not your typical 3BR suite, the other room that’s separate is perfect in terms of privacy. Our unit is immaculately clean. It smells good too! Everyone’s very attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to front desk, bell service, housekeeping, breakfast peeps, security, and of course to Marvin and Glenn! You guys are so awesome!! Thanks for the late check-out! See you again soon!

We stayed in the executive suite, which felt like a decentralized version of the presidential suite. The room had a living room, kitchen and room. There was plenty of room for three beds. The kitchen had an oven, dishwasher, range hood and dishes, and it was thoughtfully installed. The utensils needed for washing dishes were placed; we also had clothes washed and dried for a few days during our stay, which was really convenient.
