the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs
arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic
so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition
Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

room service food was really great! the kids enjoyed carbonara on multiple days. adobo and salmon were very good too! housekeeping was really good to the kids, and staff at the pool were very accomodating to the kids. a bit of a hassle transferring elevators, and we were called out for setting off the alarms twice - the first time they had engineering check and dust off the alarms, and the other time was after check out. we insisted that we didnโt smoke. hope they get that fixed.

My family enjoyed our long weekend break staycation on this hotel. Clean and comfy rooms, delicious foods. Friendly and hospitable staffs.. Special thanks to justine who helped us from day one and for making sure my family and I will have a great and comfortable stay.

Definitely a great experience, from the staff to complementary and amenities. The room itself was such a comfortable to stay. We enjoyed so much and its so worth it to chose Marco Polo.

I celebrate my birthday yesterday although today is my birthday. The staffs are very accommodating and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. The free breakfast buffet is awesome too! I will look forward on my next stay here in Marco Polo Ortigas. Great location it's just near malls and restaurants

Was the best thing we did, after moving from another hotel which we didnโt have a good experience. You can truly feel that youโre in a real International 5-star Hotel. We will be back again in next visit to Manila, for sure.

Our first time to try marco polo ortigas and it was great. We loved the ambience, the hospitality given especially the front desk staff. Food are superb! My son really loved the room and the pool. We enjoyed our stay all in all.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room we stayed in was spacious, and clean. Overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. Really an excellent hotel and service. A typical 5 stars hotel that went beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Upon entering your room after check in, they provided you with complimentary red apples. Tried the gym and the instructor is very proactive to guide you and explain some of the things. Second day of my stay I visited the swimming pool and the same instructor from the gym greeted me and provided complimentary oranges as snacks.
