pre-check in, responded on reservations team's email and complied with what is requested. Posted a question regarding if ID will be needed for the guest and parking privileges, only got a one liner response, without getting my questions answered. 2. check-in, even if been made aware that there is no front desk, upon arriving and approaching the attending security personnel, took a while to search for our reservation. Mostly due to a single incorrect letter written on their copy for my last name. After handing my ID, which I already sent via email to the reservations team, which I didn't mind. What made it irritating was my wife and kids are being asked for their ID's, even if it there were nothing being said be it on the trip.com page or email communication. Take note, that it was my 2nd question on my email to reservations, that was answered with a 1 liner response only. 3. WIFI connection is unstable, toiletries was only available on 1 bathroom, living room bathroom shower leaking (cannot use), room AC not cooling room efficiently and worst was cockroaches roaming around bathroom, bedrooms, dining and kitchen cabinets.

Frickin’ terrible service with ridiculous rules. They only allow a maximum of 5 people to stay, even if you’ve booked a big 2-bedroom unit. It may have been my fault that I overlooked their rules before booking. I only indicated 5 people in the booking because I assumed, like most hotels, they don’t include kids in the headcount. There were 5 of us plus two 2-year-olds, and they still wouldn’t let us all stay. I had to go home during the night after our event with my 2-year-old because of their “strict policy.” We pleaded and even asked if we could pay extra—we were very willing—but they kept saying no, according to their house rules, lol. I get adhering to rules, but sending home a single person with a 2-year-old at night is just beyond perplexing. We also asked if there was any other room we could book, and of course, there was none. So we left. I booked this room as a place to stay before and after my niece’s debut event. I let my sister and her kids stay since they were very tired, and I just went home with my child. Again, I admit the shortcoming on my part for not exactly indicating that we had two 2-year-olds with us, but come on— as an accommodation provider, you should at least have contingencies in place for situations like this. I wonder how many people you’ve sent home just because they exceeded the “capacity.” By the way, the unit you were so strict about was dirty and had lots of cockroaches. Guess you take pride in that too. Thanks for nothing.

That service Apartment building, it was Air BNB, please don't mention it was Hotel, it was Air BnB, it did not provide any service, How can l give any comments for my stay, l think l can comments the air condition was nosity, all the room floor not clean. Please don't told customer it was Hotel, Trip com. should told customer it was air B n B.!!!!!!! I never will stay in that air BnB. 👎 images.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.

Room was small but cosy and comfortable. Nice bed. Walking distance to SM. Satisfied with my stay. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

Thanks for the hospitality. Sir Kevin made sure that we have everything we needed. Place was accessible to malls, drugstores and 24-hour convenience stores.
