The air conditioning has a strong moldy smell, which makes it unsuitable if you have asthma or are traveling with kids. The rooms are extremely outdated. Yes, the price is cheap, but other hotels at the same rate are far more decent. We had to request a room change three times because of the odor, and it was still an issue. The only positive was that some staff members were accommodating, but overall, this hotel was a terrible experience.

I stayed at Go Hotels for an overnight trip, and while the location was unbeatable — right next to the mall and walking distance to restaurants — the rest of the experience was underwhelming at best.

We check in late at night, the room is super clean but no coffee available in the room, 3in1 (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), we weren’t informed at the front desk that there’s water available at the lobby, coffee at the lobby is only for those who availed breakfast. The next day we received a note informing us that there would be “NOISY WORK”. Our quick stay is not worth the payment. Still the staff are nice just the necessities are lacking.

Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest.
Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not.
Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉
As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊

The location is excellent, close to major shopping centers and public transportation. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Looking forward to staying at their hotel in the future.

The hotel location is very strategic. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I really love the smell of the scent they use for tue entire hotel. I booked a king size bed and it was very pleasant and comfortable. Room is big with rain shower and bidet. The only problem is they lack other basic hotel room essentials like blower, soap, slippers, and electric kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my staycation and will definitely book this hotel again soon.

Go Hotels Ortigas is my go-to hotel whenever I need to report onsite. It is located in a strategic location--near malls, banks, and convenience stores. The bed are comfy, too.
