Hotel is renovated. However I could not adjust the temperature. Room was very cold. Finally service person increased the temperature to 35, and room temperature reading was showing 23. That was ok. But air flow was high.

Great location, amazing front office staff, very courteous and professional. Room was clean, carpeted and spacious. Got a birthday cake for my boy as well. Will definitely come back. Direct access to Robinsons mall. 5 star experience indeed

It was a great stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel, situated in the heart of Metro where you can access Shopping Centers, Restaurants and Entertainment places. The staff were courteous and the whole ambiance of the hotel is comfortable and classy. Their Seven Corners Buffet breakfast will give you the experience of a day! Overall it was a great experience and will recommend this place.

Nice & cool hotel connected to mall so have many food options polite staff as well just the smell sometimes is a bad thing & hotel is always full though it’s nice .
