Pasay Hotels with Swimming Pools

Superb customer service especially all the staff of the hotel is courteous and very welcoming. We dine to Riviera cafe and buffet. The food is superb! What I really like is the pastries and the litsong belly.. Plus the beef roast. Your option on how you would want your pasta to be made and the grilled fish, beef and pork. Really wanted to highlight the cakes.. Superb! Thank you ☺

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and The bed was comfortable, and amenities like free Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was convenient, with NAIA terminal 3, restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay, offering decent value for the price.

Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times. I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more. I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

I loved the area near T3 using Runway. I loved the room, towels and all. We loved our suite room. Just a little bit comment, bath room is small for suitr room though we have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended for travellers . Thank u for the complimentary food. Staffs were courteous

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. It was a great experience. All staff were amazing. Especially the front desk and staff at the 11th floor. There are ongoing construction but they will informed you about it upon checkin so you will not surprised. It was raining when we checked-in so we didn’t have time to swim and it was super cold. But will definitely comeback soon.

We were well received and offered an upgrade to better accommodate our family of six. The breakfast dining options were excellent, a good combination of native Filipino and Western choices. The rooftop pool was a nice touch. Linens were clean, and towels were plentiful. The only drawbacks worth noting were the fact that the coffee makers provided in the room were inoperable (no outlet to plug it in) and the decor showed moderate signs of weathering (due to age and usage).

Check in was smooth, and the hospitality was awesome!!! Love the efficiency of how they work to get my room ready even despite the check in time still has a few hours away… room was big and the amenities were nice! Love the toiletries at Conrad, thanks conrad manila … you’ve been awesome will stay the nxt time when im back to mnl!!! Great stay 🥰
