"The Conrad Hotel met all of our expectations and more. The level of service is high and the cleanliness was superb. Marco and Lester from the concierge team, as well as the front desk staff, met all of our needs. One perk is that they have a nurse on duty if you feel sick. The carpets in the bedrooms were a bit old, but very clean. Our room was very comfortable and our stay was refreshing. The room was fully equipped with robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, toothbrushes, and everything else necessary to be comfortable. We had room service just about every day and they have a wide variety of food options. They also have local food, which made it easy to try a variety of Filipino dishes. The Conrad Hotel connects directly to the SMX conference center, and also the Mall of Asia. It was a very convenient walk from our room over to the conference center. The SMX conference center accommodated thousands, and there were other high-level businesses such as American Express hosting their own conferences inside the Conrad Hotel conference rooms. If you didn’t want to hear the hotel, the mall of Asia offers of a variety of restaurants, including Olive Garden, Chili’s , Shake Shack and more. The mall also has a ton of shopping and play places available for the children. Our children enjoyed the huge Toy Kingdom store and the Disney toy store. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Location is excellent for quick stopover in MNL with almost direct access from T3 via Manila runway. Really seamless and easy access from the airport. Plenty of shops like Starbucks, Lawson and Mc Donald's around the corner. Room is basic and ok for short transit stopover stay. Would be better if there's hair dryer in the room."

"Great stay.. room was somewhat quieter than last time and less guest noise filtering from corridor. Reception gets busy at peak hours, so require patience due to long queues. Swimming pool is a nice reprieve, however rather odd about the excessively noisy children jumping in and out of pool posing a hazard to themselves."

"1.) The Aircon is window type. 2.)Due to under renovation there is not available breakfast in Yamato as for now. However there is Jollybee (almost 300M) and McDonald’s (almost 900M) could solve the breakfast issue. 3.)I stayed very well especially I liked the coffee and the green tea (玄米茶） so much. 4.)The staff are very friendly and polite 5.) There is free pairing lot 心からのおもてなしに感謝します"

"Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊"
