"The Conrad Hotel met all of our expectations and more. The level of service is high and the cleanliness was superb. Marco and Lester from the concierge team, as well as the front desk staff, met all of our needs. One perk is that they have a nurse on duty if you feel sick. The carpets in the bedrooms were a bit old, but very clean. Our room was very comfortable and our stay was refreshing. The room was fully equipped with robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, toothbrushes, and everything else necessary to be comfortable. We had room service just about every day and they have a wide variety of food options. They also have local food, which made it easy to try a variety of Filipino dishes. The Conrad Hotel connects directly to the SMX conference center, and also the Mall of Asia. It was a very convenient walk from our room over to the conference center. The SMX conference center accommodated thousands, and there were other high-level businesses such as American Express hosting their own conferences inside the Conrad Hotel conference rooms. If you didn’t want to hear the hotel, the mall of Asia offers of a variety of restaurants, including Olive Garden, Chili’s , Shake Shack and more. The mall also has a ton of shopping and play places available for the children. Our children enjoyed the huge Toy Kingdom store and the Disney toy store. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Our second stay here. Checked in by Aileen Acosta and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit small but bed was comfortable with strong hot shower. Walkable from NAIA T3 which is why I chose it. Walking distance to casinos. Room amenities were excellent. The swimming pool is small. Mainly for kids and we had to climb up a few stairs as the lift stopped on the 10th floor. Wifi was not really good. Need to keep on signing in. Overall an excellent hotel at a reasonable price due to its location."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Savoy Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and very well-maintained. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay — including a super comfortable bed and high-quality amenities. One of the best things about the Savoy Hotel is its convenient location near the airport, which made traveling in and out incredibly easy. Despite being close to the airport, the atmosphere inside the hotel was calm and quiet — perfect for getting some rest after a long flight. Overall, I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, classy, and convenient place to stay — especially if you want to be near the airport. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Loved our stay. My parents and my brother got to rest properly. It’s quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness is impeccable. This is a new hostel. The front of the building is not yet well furnished so when we arrived, I thought I booked a fake hotel. 😅 But when you go inside, it’s super nice, clean and worth every penny. I just hoped there is a store around the vicinity. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is super nice. I wish I have this kind of bathroom. You can borrow plates and utensils in common area. You have a space there to work, research, eat or read. I booked a room with its own private bathroom. I wasn’t able to see the shared bathroom. But if our area is clean, I bet that area is clean too. Thank you for accommodating us. It’s a very nice, relaxing stay."

"Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊"

"I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place."
