Hotel is just a trailer real picture is their staff with a home feeling. It’s just 10-15 minutes drive from terminal 3 with a free transport. Firstly when I saw hotel I was very disappointed however from check in to my room each and ever individual was very assistive and informative. Receptionist Tricia was very helpful during stay as well as rigor, Julius ,floro and Simon from housekeeping was very helpful thank you guys for making my stay pleasant and home feeling. I hope to see you guys on my next visit to Philippines.

I was intercepted at the airport "Nice hotel, nice price" and then the free transport to hell followed. When I wanted to leave the room the door handle fell out. I had to bang on the door until help came and someone from outside could open the door. The hotel is a fire trap. In the event of a fire there is no escape route. Winding dark corridors and stairs. Bars on the windows like in prison. WIFI is very bad and slow with interruptions and does not work in the room, only in the lobby. Shower has no pressure and therefore only works cold. Toilet (without seat and lid) does not flush sufficiently and overflows. Air conditioning smells bad and is very loud but does not cool properly. When I pointed out the problems at reception, she said with a charming smile: that's just the way it is! I recommend everyone to give this hotel a wide berth. I only lasted 3 hours in this dingy place, of course at full price
