The positives: close to airport and easy check in. The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES! NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE.

Confirm the previous review, it is an apartment complex. This is by far the worst hotel that I stayed around the Manila airport. It is an insect haven, I must killed 6 cockroaches. Wi-Fi did not. Shower water cold. For the price of USD50-60 per night, it is not even worth trying.

Condo, not hotel. No wifi, no restaurant, no complimentary water or coffee. Unit was small and dusty and negative covid test required for all guests. Notice of 2 positive civid cases at the condo. Not good value for money.

I stayed for one night on February 1st. The room was ok. But the surrounding environment is too bad. The sirens on the street outside didn't stop all night, the roar of motorcycles was extremely loud, and the sound insulation effect of the outer windows was very poor. I couldn't sleep at all all night.

Pros: - Great location across a pedestrian bridge from NAIA terminal and with an abundance of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping stores nearby - Compound is guarded by security at the gate and within each building lobby - We stayed in room 105 (ground floor) and had the following: Queen size bed in the room, queen size mattress in the loft, microwave, kettle, A/C, fridge, 1 gallon of mineral water, cook top and plenty of utensils and dinnerware - TV with Netflix provided - Additional sofa bed - Swimming pool is a nice addition and I believe there is also a gym, which we did not use (note that the pool is not open on Monday for maintenance and cleaning) - Easy access to Grab and Taxi - Rates are affordable compared to nearby hotels This would definitely be our preferred place to stay on our next visits

Great place for a transit stop for a couple of nights. You can walk from Terminal 3 (international). Even if you arrive late at night, you will still be met and accommodated. Very attentive attitude.
