It's a very bad place to stay.😭 From the entrance going to the room was stinky and there was a very bad smell. There are a lot of small insects in the room. The A.C was very dusty. I can't recommend it to anyone because the reality was too bad than the images in the apps.

Medyo hindi na properly maintained ang room. May maliliit na ipis everywhere.

Worst hotel experience ever! Traumatizing everything was terrible too many cockroaches napakadumi lahat ng sulok at napakadaming hair sa sahig and sa pillows hindi man lang nilinisan bago ipagamit sa ibang customer! Hindi makatulog dahil pinapalibutan ka ng mga ipis yung CR napakadumi at ang baho sa lobby puro tambay ang madadatnan yung nag assist puro ML lang hindi maka assist ng maayos tapos nakakalat lang lahat ng bedsheets and pillow case sa kapaligiran. Never again to this hotel!!

Worst experience! This hostel has no consideration for its guests. They confirmed my booking but then no one attended my check-in. I contacted their number before my arrival but out of the coverage area. I was so disappointed and annoyed as it was also the onset of typhoon Carina in metro Manila where most areas had experienced flooding. At that time transports were limited due to floods. I opted to cancel my booking during my arrival due to no receptionist had accommodated my check-in. It was a sad and bad moment. I canceled my booking. However, the hostel did not allow me to get a reversal or refund. I will never book this hostel again. Poor customer service! So disappointing!

It is so disgusting!Never book in this hotel ever again..Receptionists are not knowledgeable on what they are doing..Very unprofessional treatment with the guests..No toiletries, hindi malinis ang CR, madulas na floor halatang hindi nalilinisan, sirang toilet bowl, may ipis as we entered the room, very narrow room, dusty linen..Yung pagod kami sa byahe tapos sobrang disappointed pa kami kasi hindi daw mahanap ang booking confirmation namin tapos pagkapasok sa room ganun ang madadatnan namin..I close nalang yang hotel na yan kung hindi rin lang alam linisan at ayusin

Worst experience ever due to these reasons: -asking for a proof that we are real cousins of my company due to this “married only policy thing”😂 (they should have added it to their ads first but still ridiculous policy -cockroaches everywhere!!! -huge deposit P1.2k for a filthy place -no secure lock -air condition not cleaned for years😂 -filthy bathroom

Verry poor in all aspects for a hotel, ang daming tambay sa reception area..hindi mo aakalain na hotel yung place. Madumi..sa lobby pa lang nagkalat yung mga pillow cases akala nga namin laundry shop. Recepetionist dont even know how to accomodate visitors..we book early for a hotel only to find out they looking for marriage certificate for couples..like wtf...of all the hotels we book before ngaun lang naexperience yung ganitong treatment and facilities..as travelers tired of travelling and wanted to just lay down in bed and relax pero maiistress ka sa knila. Kesyo meron clang hotel policy blah blah blah and thing is the receptionist said na "hindi nman kami branch talaga ng red doorz" so ano pala? Dont book with this hotel..cheap price is a scam.. they wont even give you the refund..they noted they are "CHRISTIANS" MAPAPA OMG KA TLAGA

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Sana tinignan ko nlang muna yung mga reviews before nag book 🙃 Pag arrive ko sa hotel first red flag is yung lobby walang aircon, sobrang init! No elevator. Akala ko yung room ay same sa picture posted dito, pero HINDI! Yung room may smell na mabaho, yung CR madumi, maraming cockroaches! No shower, walang heater. Wala pang signal sa loob ng room. Hindi ko kinaya talaga dun, feel ko di ako safe dun. Lumipat na akong ibang hotel, 1hr lang stay ko dun. Very disappointing talaga, yung gusto mong mag pahinga after flight pero hindi ka makakapag pahinga. WAG NA WAG KAYONG MAG BOOK SA HOTEL NA TO. NOT RECOMMENDED TALAGA!

Too many cockroaches, bathroom is not clean. The rooms posted on site is not the same in actual. Tv and heater is not working. There’s too many yellow stains at the ceiling and walls.

I went there to check in and the person who is assisting is busy and told me to wait with a funny looking face, after 5 mins he came to me and i informed me that the room that i booked was not available he showed me a bunked bed room that was not cleaned and looks like there is someone still staying. the photo is really different from the photo online. and the people who is working there didn't know what to do.

It's like Joe's apartment, cockroach, cockroach, cockroach and more cockroach, i think the cockroaches feel sad and wants to come home with me since they ar eager to get inside my bag. I complained about the cockroach and the receptionis was happy to hand me a bug spray, no joke, she gave me a china brand bug spray that how many time i sprayed on the dammed cockroaches, it seems like they feel they are just getting a foam bath. Also, you trick me Trip.com!!! the pics on the profile is not the same, there are no wallpaper on the walls, its just a wall with running cockroaches!!!!
