It’s an apartment room in an estate. The check in is a bit confusing. The room is big and good enough for staying a night before departure.

Это не отель а апарт комплекс. В номере есть мини кухня, балкон. Просто супер! Очень современный район. Чисто, по-европейски, очень понравился, приедем снова!

This is not a hotel but an apartment complex. The room has a mini kitchen, a balcony. Just super! A very modern area. Clean, European style, I liked it very much, we will come again!

The accommodation environment is very warm and clean. The only downside is that the service attitude of the check-in staff is extremely poor, and I feel uncomfortable before starting the stay. Looking forward to improvement

it's an apartment very near to the airport, even walking from Terminal 3, but not a hotel, some people are there managing it, like a BnB. Very new and clean.

Although I arrived in the Philippines very late, I still checked in smoothly and the room was very homely.
