The place is clean, basic utensils and kitchen appliances are available, you could cook your food, while bedroom has excellent a/c. I would definitely would come back.

Prefer to stay in this location in Manila due to the proximity to airport and MoA, which is a 15-minute walk and has everything. Thess the manager was great, but the apartment really needed a few maintenance issues attended to.

Pros for this place:
Pricewise, it's more affordable than getting a hotel if you want a location very near MOA.
The place also has several 24hr convenience stores, atm, bakery and asian restaurants nearby.
Got beddings, towels, wifi, and some basic household appliances to use. (Fridge, washing machine, cooking wares, dining wares).
The place feels safe, with very visible and competent security staff.
Downside during our stay was:
They should update the phone number to contact the person in charge. Also which SM Sea Residences Tower the room is located (Tower C).
We arrived at the place at 1:06pm, informed them by sms and called the number indicated, and we were expecting to go in the room by 2pm. But the place was available at 2:40pm.
With this, We got second thoughts of returning to the place.

It was a decent stay. The unit is clean. There’s complementary netflix access. There’s also available kitchen utensils although I was not able to use it. The host is also nice and accomodating. I’ll definitely go back if I need to stay again around MOA area. :)

Quite cheap for the location and functionality. Complete with all home needs and appliances.
But can improve on lighting, ac cleaning and wifi strength.
Not that fancy airbnb staycation but serves its purpose.
You'll get more than what you'll pay for.
