Stayed for a night. New hotel centrally located, good service, decent breakfast, large rooms, clean large bathroom, well-functioning heating, strong wifi connection. Attached to a newly developing shopping area. A cool sports bar and roof bar as well as a steak restaurant. And the things not so liked. The rooms we had on the 5th floor had strong cigarette odor. Keep in mind that the rooms did not have balconies and half-opening windows, so i assumed the previous occupants did smoke in the room. Duvet was short, and small for the king size bed i had. For a separate note, it was installed side out. In maintenance term the hotel overall and the rooms seemed to have certain upkeep issues due to number of occasions i encountered lack of some detail cleaning and maintenance. Overall, it is a good property to stay. Watch the odor in the room though. I would stay again.

Simply an excellent hotel. The rooms are spotless, large, modern and spacious. The decoration is excellent. You can go down to the mall with the elevator and get everything you need. You can eat at restaurants and drink a coffee of tiredness in the coffee world. Very close to the city centre. Transportation is very easy. Considering all these beauties, the prices are also very reasonable. There is no need to look for another hotel when it comes to Balikesir...

We had to come to Balikesir for our friends wedding and I booked a place on a recommendation for 1 night.. I couldn't stop writing a big fiasco from the first minute.. There is no covid measure, none of the customers wear masks.. during this period, my friends.. if the reception is getting signatures, another customer is coming. without a mask, neither a warning nor a precaution.. nothing more than a comedy other than a signature.. we don't have to live any more.. the date is Saturday, October 23rd..
